I've been following Drew's cooking adventures since he started Bootleg BBQ during COVID, and it's so awesome to see him, Sam, and Brendan getting this kind of national-level recognition for their amazing work. Hey Joe, enjoyed the video! Got a request/suggestion for future vids. Sometimes when I see the various meat preps I don't really know what's being worked on as BBQ newb. Would it be possible to have some extra labels for like @15:00? Thanks! Those butts looked so good and the endless row of perfect looking sausages were so satisfying to see.

The fat someone got cooked out it while the other sausage was perfectly fine. We thought it could’ve been from the vinegar from the peppers, but we drained them pretty good and a lot of bbq places use the canned pickled jalapeños too. So we don’t know. But it tasted pretty good. Haha

Joe, I like your videos and wish you nothing but success on KZbin but I also think you need some honest feedback. Videos need to have an informative component AND an entertainment component.
