I have follow this workout with another 32 mins for beginners for more than 2 weeks. Sometimes I do Fat Burning with 25 mins Targeted Muscle or Standing ABS workout. Seriously, your beginners workout really changed my perception towards workout! I nvr ever thought I can do workout more than 30 mins. Now I do two clips EVERYDAY! I have tried so many workout video but give up halfway because cannot follow. That is why I never successfully 🔥 burn any fats. Can’t believe with your workout only, I lost some fats within 14 days.
