Started doing this daily while my son having his TV time. 6 times a week + piloxing once a week+ calorie counting: 8 March: 71.6kg, 36.6% body fat 8 April: 70.7kg, 36.2% body fat 8 May: 67.8kg, 35.2% body fat Keep it up everyone!
