I've driven past this facility dozens of times on the way to the beach. I've often thought of stopping to see if they do tours. It's great to see what goes on inside.

This is so great! Any idea which hulls are shown in the video? I just took delivery of hull 45 of the 410. Was it somewhere in the video?

Her name is Waiaroha (Maori for Love of Water) and she will be on Lake Travis in Austin, TX. I can't wait to get her out on the water!

I hope the reason they are in Mobile is they can find great workers....or is it like Boeing in Charlotte? No unions so cheap workforce. I really hope that's not the case.

Jeanneau and it's owner Beneteau are French. They'd have this plant for the US/Caribbean market, rather than having them crossing the Atlantic or being shipped. It may also be beneficial as far as tax and tariffs go. Unfortunately the plant is mothballed due to the Rona and the economic fallout.

Boeing is in Charleston SC. The Beneteau Marion facility is in SC as well.
