Feel ur pain mate. Im in same boat...had bad back for over a year now...had treatments but no luck as yet...awaiting a date for an "implant"...which hopefully will ease the pain, stiffness! I still try and get the rods out every few weeks...but same as you...its a slow struggle...an couldnt make it without bag full of pain killers! Hang in there mate!

For my bad back, I took up swimming, gradually at first, takes all the weight off ur spine. Huge improvement for me👍👍
