For sure....I just wonder what Toyota is doing to properly differentiate these offerings....price used to do that. Besides a smaller size and off-road prowess, the Tacoma TRD PRO will probably push $65k.... you're practically already in Tundra TRD PRO/1794 territory with every creature comfort, amenity, bigger engine, higher horsepower power, torque, more towing. @@shs646 You're confusing tires with wheels. Two xompletely different things. You are also confusing diameter with width, also two completely different things. Never mentions width of the wheel which is also called a rim in case you didn't know. The only thing he mentioned was the size of the tire. And the diameter of rim which which was an 18.

I got the same exact truck, and everyone seems to say you need at least a leveling kit like 3/2 or something to fit 35s. And this video just contradicted that, if those are really 35s?

I got a 21 TRD pro . I was driving behind my wife’s car last night and she said my wheel looks way too small. Now I’m thinking about putting on some 35s or maybe even 37s. Now I have 275/70r18 grapplers on my truck and I drove over 100MPH a few times, it was very smooth at that speed so I don’t wanna do anything that potentially mess up the suspension. I watched the few videos on KZbin where guys mounted 295/70r18s, seems like that’s the way to go. I’m only concern is in the winter, the tires will definitely pick up some snow and with a finger clearance at some places, I’m afraid the fender liner will constantly rubbing the snow off of the tire and eventually break a hole or something. Does it snow where you live and did you ever run into problems like that? Thanks
@joseperezpaz99863 жыл бұрын
Definitely man!! After 1k miles on my truck I replaced the tires! Couldn’t stand the look! Sz of my tires is 34.5 if you go any bigger you’ll need to cut into the frame to make tires fit 😫

Your Truck looks great. The tires make a big difference. I want to do the same, I have a 2019 TRD Sport Limited but I don't think this size will work for me as its not a PRO and does not have the 2" lift. Any advice ?.
@joseperezpaz99864 жыл бұрын
Your right it wouldn’t fit...if a leveling kit is an option for you I would go with that...if it isn’t I would go with an all terrain tire since your wheel is a 20”. Even though it won’t be a bigger tire it will still look tough because of the all terrain pattern
