That's very informative! Our induction cooker which has been running for over 6 years has the very same circuit as well - except the L3 is 100uH, C5 is 0.3uF (30kHz) and only one IGBT is used instead. But I have a question... • There's the 3904 and 3906 transistor network configured as push-pull. • The transistors can give 18VDC (PWM), and they are fully saturated. • The gate connects to the gate of an H20R1203 IGBT through a 47k resistor. • The emitter of the IGBT connects to the (-) side of rectified 250VAC, which becomes 353VAC, and the collector connects to the induction cooker coil. • The gate and emitter has a 30k resistor. I don't see any gate driver IC. How come it's isolated then? I mean in this case, the 18V isolated supply from VIPer-12A is effectively riding the 353VDC from the AC supply. But it's safe because it doesn't get any reference to live / neutral / ground or to the -ve or +ve of the full wave bridge rectifier. Is that correct?

welcome dear thanks for your valuable appreciation For F7 error code i have no experience about this product as every product have its own error code and its code is different from one brand to another brand for best solution, if you can find the user manual for the same model number then it will helpful. (note from same manufacturer, the codes will differ from model to model) so you need to find the user manual for your exact model number or you can send the model number to me, i will try to explore

Very good explanation sir but there's some flaws in the diagram you're explaining. The current sense register is connected before the shunt resistor, one of the igbt emitter is connected via resistor to the zero line which is a pull down resistor for its gate.

Dear Mr Haseeb I am getting intermittent functioning and low heating power from the factory Induction sealing machine. The induction sealing machine sometimes also heats and other times it fails to work. I have tested the microcontroller (CPU) card it checks fine. I have tested H bridge mosfets they tested fine and I also tested the PWM TL494 card it also tested fine, I also connected all the cards in a SPARE (identical) induction sealing machine, all cards worked fine in that machine, but when I placed them in the first machine, the factory induction heat sealing machine, they have reduced heating power and intermittent functioning. In the Factory induction sealing machine I have not changed the six smoothing electrolytic capacitors, could those be causing problem to the machine? Or Could the bridge diode rectifier which supply the smoothing capacitors be failing when underload? I would be most grateful for your assistance Mr Haseeb. Thanks

I'm having problems with a Copper Chef model # KC16067 -00300. Had a capacitor which is bad but also a a component which I do not know what it is called or how to find it to replace. It has a number either 105 or maybe 103 and it located in a box labeled VR1 on the bottom corner of the circuit board. It looked like it was dial on the top of a three prong housing. The number are on the top of the dail. I am guessing it is some kind of regulator? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also one of your other videos so the similar component but you do not name it or function

VR1 is normally named to VARISTOR it is over voltage protection and in some cases it is assigned to Voltage regulator let me check, If I could find it's service manual, I will let you know

My snappy chef induction stove showed E2 error code the manual said it’s faulty heat sensor that I’ve replaced it’s still showing E2 error after 30 seconds of cooking. Do you test for 5V dc at the thermistor heat sensor connector to see its receiving power

sir it will be so helpful if you provide us a mini circuit diagram to create pwm for igbt externally with a volume control and if possible with a timer circuit also be added..it will be really so helpful to us..bcoz we have to throw our expensive cooker only for a damage micro controller ic...this is really so irritating sir..plz sir do something for us..
