Hello! Depth map in this project created by Zaza Karanashvili (www.depthmask.com). You can also use Triaxes StereoTracer - it is able to generate Depth map for the 2D photos triaxes.com/stereotracer/

May I ask what model of printer you are using? I use a home printer to print moir é patterns or stripes

this picture was printed using Plotter Epson 11880, Max Resolution 2880 x 1440dpi, Min Droplet Size 3.5pl Moir effects could be caused by interference of regular printer ink dots structure with lenticular lenses. It would be better to use stohastic rasterization method of printing if possible. To reduce this effect you can try to use image rotation option - see print tips here triaxes.com/articles/lenticular-design-tips-for-digital-inkjet-production-from-dp-lenticular/
