That was never the plan. I’m combining two different vehicles to make something new. I explain better in part nine.

This looks like a very useable motorhome, before you start it. Can you explain why you are doing what you’re doing?

this motorhome had been in a collision which caused significant damage to the rear body and frame but the undercarriage and drivetrain were in good shape. As such, It was perfect for use as a donor vehicle for my main objective which is to build my own large pickup truck.

Yes, I do have the floor boards and harness, The plywood is still in decent shape I guess.

I was going to buy a used GMC Motorhome, but after watching a teardown video, it looks like a lot of the floor plywood and insulation is rotted. I can't buy a GMC Motorhome and expect it to last 10 years, right?

this motorhome had been through hell. I reckon that if you do your homework you can find one of these that will outlive you.
