Great job but forgot to mention if you tap and hold the volume rocker circle on the app I think it mutes the processors.

BIG PROBLEMS! I had uninstalled, then installed, then openned a new AB remote from the Google app store. But, had "searching for ear devices" problems! After waiting for over 15-20 min, I decided to disconnect my batteries on each ear device, waited about 10 sec, then replaced the batteries on each. Finally, it worked ... the newly installed AB remote completed the search, and now I'm happily all set to continue using my AB remote - I had been using this AB remote for over a year, but then ran into problems a few days ago. I didn't lose my hearing, but did lose my ability to control my hearing devices using the AB remote selections. So, then, please add to your instructions: "disconnect batteries on each ear device, then wait for 10 sec., then reconnect each battery".

Can the App change the ring tone that’s coming into my processor. My IPhone has one ring tone but the processor has a different ring tone and I’m not sure how to change the ringtone in my processor.

Unfortunately, no. I believe there are two ring tones that are automatically assigned based upon the pairing (1st paired vs 2nd paired). Thanks for the great question and for watching!
