What do you think would happen if someone from the human village accidentally became a magician do you think reimu would give them the fortune teller treatment or would she let them of the hook because they didn't do it on purpose?

She'd probably put them down the same as she puts down any yokai that kills a human while in the village, despite it being their nature (including new borns that wouldn't know the rules in the first place). I mean, the last arc of Forbidden Scrollery had Yukari personally involve herself (something she rarely does outside of incidents) to prevent Kosuzu (a close friend of Reimu's) from becoming a youkai (intentionally or not) because Reimu putting her down was likely enough to require such an intervention.

Magicians are a different breed of youkai from jinyou, which the Fortune Teller is. Magicians employ hard endeavours to get to where they are, and their bodies persist frail due to the poisons of their research. Jinyou is an easy way to curses, strengthening you to the levels of an animal youkai. The reason Fortune Teller was disposed off is the balance of Gensokyo. His existence was a bane, basically telling everyone other human "Look what I can do, as a former human. It is so easy." Becoming a magician isn't easy, becoming a jinyou is an easy way to power. Reimu won't execute magicians, because there are few to attempt, less so be talented, at becoming one.

She has found idk how many options already and just said "nah, this does not allow me to keep being a normal person" and the truth is that nothing will, so she's probably just going to accept ded if I had to guess.

Bro how about you do a video about Touhou characters and their real life counterparts. As you know many Touhou characters are real life historical figures and mythological characters. You can compare those figures of legends and their touhou counterparts. How does that sound as a video idea? Also great video.
