Last year I went to a dealership with 1 reason only. That was to buy a hellcat. I saw one I wanted… had the down and everything. Was ready to walk out with a hellcat. Got zero help. Walked around for 20-30 minutes. No help. Super frustrated, angry, upset.. you name it. That dealership will never earn my business

So excited to see you guys finally got it in! 🙌🏿 Not much longer to go now! 🎉 As far as the gwagon, you already know that’s my dream car too! 🤩 And I’ve definitely experienced the same thing when I bought my second BMW. Exact same thing happened. Bought first BMW from a dealership. Went back to the same dealership years later to buy a second BMW with the check for the car in my purse. Got no acknowledgment or help so went home and found the same car on the internet at another dealership. Bought it and drove straight back to the first dealership that didn’t acknowledge me. Smiled while telling them they just missed out the sale. 😁 My advice is if that dealership doesn’t acknowledge you they definitely don’t deserve your business.
