A cheap way of softening the springs is to remove 2 of the 4 springs on the rear axle, these may well be soft than the ones on the front so you could replace the fronts with the ones that you took of the rear.

For the foot-plate, you should add angled pieces going out farther and angling up And then make tapered circle gussets(you guys have a tool for that right?) and sharpen the edges of the circle gussets -so it grips your feet good and you can have a comfortable foot stance -I was also thinking a small snowmobile seat(shortened/modified) might be a good fit? -also I was thinking you should have two different clutches -ONE of them being a lever connected to the suicide shifter, that way you can always have access to clutch/brake/gas and less confusing-Hope it helps? lmk what you think!! Otherwise sweet build - Amazing machine! -Also I like how it still kinda has that tractor sound idk what muffler you used, but it has good effect!

@thethepete7313 жыл бұрын
Probably too late, but you could build a bracket that will hang the brake pedal, and unbolt and flip the reservoir. It'll feel more natural and it'll allow the pedals to travel in similar strokes. Looks like you've got the realestate off the steering tower to build a brace/mount.
@oliververnon69663 жыл бұрын
I think an oil bath air filter would really help add to the tractor look. Although I don't think it would work too great for this project because it will be bounced around. Maybe just stick a regular filter in the oil bath filter housing? Just a thought
