As a trucker I travel this canyon from time to time. It's been a couple of years since my last trip through it. Thankfully I will get to travel along it again in about 3 weeks time on a return route. Thank you for filming this and sharing it with everyone.

Back in the mid 1960's when I was 10 years old we traveled through the Provo Canyon every summer on the way to my grandparents farm in Nebraska for summer vacation. I always begged my dad to time the trip so we could go through the Provo Canyon in the daylight as we would drive all night as well. At that time Bridal Veil falls and Tramway was a big attraction. You could pull off the highway in little turnouts and view the falls and the river close up. You could watch the gondolas take people almost vertically straight up the mountain side to a restaurant and viewing area high above the canyon floor. Last time we went through in 2003 it was in ruins and the restaurant gone. I believe it burned down if I remember correctly. Could not see any of the river on your trip. Progress in highway development makes for an efficient travel experience but not for slowing down and smelling the roses.

Im so glad you uploaded this, I took this road a few winters ago to go skiing at Sundance. And my god, even in the winter this is a fantastic. Cheers to you Kyle, and as always drive safe out there!

I agree it is a beautiful route. I take my motorcycle on that route several times during the summer it never gets boring.

I wish u had a video of the old Provo canyon road I remember from the 1960’s and 70’s ...Loved looking at this with what I could see... u we’re going 79865 mph so u really couldn’t enjoy it at all... So good video but WAY TOO FAST HON!!! It was a BBB. LLLLLLLUUUUUURRRRRRRRRrrrrrrr
