2nd Starstruck Quilt from Missouri Star

This is my 2nd time making the Starstruck Quilt from Missouri Star (Jenny Doan). The star in the middle of the quilt was the last block I made. I didn't feel like cutting my 8 1/2 inch strips so I just used whatever was leftover. I didn't get the effect I wanted with the borders probably due to using too many colors. This is also another scrap buster.

Beautiful! I had problems with my half square triangles...instead of a 9” block I ended up cutting a 9.5” block to square up the 16.5” block....I love your borders!
