They put a really high standard to a kpop girl group that nobody cant reach that level. They don't need to wear half naked clothes just to noticed them. Their presence and charisma is on another level. Missing the gold old days. I can't imagine 2ne1 rollerblading like blackpink with pink everywhere (just like I can't imagine blackpink singing I am the best with the clothes 2NE1 wear for example). Boombayah would be turned into a more badass song so it would fit 2NE1s concept. That's what I am trying to make people understand. 2ne1 and bp are different. If they were not, we could switch their songs without change. But, once again, it is not possible bc they are two different group, with different concepts, different members, different style, different voices, different gen. CL is unlike anyone. Her entertainment ability is a true gem and only something one can be born with to enhance and polish later on in life. She is exceptionally mesmerizing to watch. All the 2NE1 members had different things to bring to the table that made them so impactful. YG will never be able to produce any group or artist in the same league as 2NE1.
