Billy Garland didn’t say “he felt like Tupac was being watched”; that’s a well known fact that he knew. What are y’all hearing on “All Eyez On Me”? The man literally discusses being under surveillance the whole album. So y’all believe he had a real issue with Biggie cause he said it on record, but he was lying about being followed by the government. This is a classic case of underestimation.

Why should anybody take a loss like that. It’s not cultural- it’s natural. If men jump you and put feet on you than they deserve any violence that they get. Rip Pac. It was a disappointment to see my idol go out like that. But Pac was looking for a way to exit this dimension any way. So his thought process couldn’t have been clear. Painful to see the late great king MC 2pac go out like that. His actions, loyalty and passion was in the wrong place that faithful night in Vegas. We’re all guilty of making knee jerk decisions. Unfortunately this particular incident cost him his life. Pac was always involving himself in certain things. We loved him for being a stand up guy. I believe he felt he was defending something noble and honorable but he was misguided. I saw no premeditation or calculation in their actions that damned night. It was all spontaneous and reactionary. A military minded individual would not have done what they did in that casino without counting the cost first. Brother Mutah Wassin is someone I often agree with but in this moment, Napoleon’s statement was naive to say the least. No stand up man is gonna take a loss or a beating like that and walk away. That’s not cultural it’s natural behavior to defend yourself and get you lick back. 2pac didn’t give Baby Lane a pass and Baby wasn’t gonna give 2pac or Suge Knight a pass. Suge is lucky to be alive. He got hit in the head that night. No one should ever jump and put their feet on another man and not expect severe consequences and repercussions following such actions. Unfortunately, on 9/7/96 at approximately 11:15 P.M. my idols: the late great 2pac Shakur and Suge Knight were only playing checkers when the South Side Crips we’re playing chess and they mated them both. Death Row fell from grace after that night and the careers of many artist were lost and or negatively altered forever. We might say that the only real survivor of Death Row was Snoop Dog. And Snoop’s survival was solely due to my other idol: Master P. Percy Miller at No Limit. A country boy saved Snoop’s life. From then to now: I know a thousand rappers that still need a Master P. in their lives. Suge’s life hasn’t been the same since. The whole Dog Pound was fucked off. The same goes for the Out Lawz and Thug Life. The Lady of Rage and more names than I know suffered horribly from the decisions made that night at the Mike Tyson fight. Not to mention all up and coming artist and fans were left with no one to idolize from the west coast. We were all left out to dry by that bullshit. Fans were heavily invested in death row artist. We absolutely loved Death Row. Lastly, it was a terrible decision to diss Dr.Dre. He was the backbone of the music and when he left shit absolutely fell apart. Dre never mentions this shit In interviews but he likely feels the same way. Rip 2pac and Baby Lane. Y’all deserved better. The niggas could have been brother the way they looked alike. The shit is mind boggling. Thanks for this video. It inspired me.
