Random white dude here. Pac practically raised me. R U Still Down is definitely his most underrated album. Even though it dropped in '97, almost all of the tracks are original - which makes it stand out from Pac's subsequent posthumous releases. "Until the End of Time" and "Still I Rise" probably use his best posthumous material, though (Still I Rise is technically 2pac & The Outlawz, but Pac does most of the rapping.) Eminem also did a decent job with Pac's vocals, but you can tell he hadn't really hit his production stride at that point. Unfortunately, some of the tracks are just crazy overproduced. "All Eyez on Me" and "Me Against the World" are definitely his overall best albums, though. I'd probably put "The Don Killuminati - The 7 Day Theory" up there with them as well. Great upload. I'm glad people are still enjoying his music all these years later. The man had an insane work ethic, and he's definitely earned his spot as number one. Well, at least in my eyes.
