PAC loved every race in this world. He was not racist at all. He once said in an interview "If it was poor white people right now that we're suffering and needed help, I'd be helping them and making songs for them. But black people need the help right now" So with that said, he had to give it up for his people in this song because theyre the ones suffering. Can't be mad at that at all. And nipsey was doing the same. Malcom x was doing the same. Fred Hampton was doing the same Huey Newton was doing the same Martin Luther King was doing the same. Now, tell me... What do all those people who were trying to uplift their people have in common? Here's a hint: assassination

I grew up listening to 2Pac really heavy as a kid in the mid 90s-2000s as teenager and all eyez on me was my favorite album from Pac at the time and by any artist any genre and it was crazy commercially successful album but as I got older and going through alot of crazy situations and being int he streets feeling lost out here. as a grown ass man Listening to that MAkaveli 7 day theory hits on a whole diff level. Its Hands down my favorite album ever he didnt make that for money or commercial success rumors he made to be released as a free mixtape and the content is almost like a goodbye or like some prophecy he knows is being fulfilled and he maybe knew he wouldnt live to see but he just spoke his heart and soul Raw af start to finish didnt hold back nothing. That makaveli album has gotten me through alotta dark times! The way I like to put it is "Pac was simple in a complex way" At face value, PACs lyrics seem simple but he was so poetic that he "embedded" layers to his "simple" lyrics. You find new meanings in them the more you listen to him. His lyrics are forever evolving even after his death. He's an immortal legend. But on a side note, there are people in control of his music right now and other like "snoop" who are trying to change his history. Winston Churchill said "the Victor writes history". So pac was killed and they are going to edit his lyrics and re tell stories in false ways to belittle him and his legacy. They're actively doing that right now with pac.

This track is hard, and I really appreciate the NIpsey intro, man! The sample is from the 80's balled "Up Where We Belong" by Joe Cocker. Apologize to my true sisters, far from bitches - He's making a marked difference between women he respects and those he doesn't The prison system is the world white men created for blacks. The megaphone talks about Black Panther's that were locked up. It's sad that he couldn't see beyond the pain and suffering of his people because nothing has really changed and rappers have moved on since then. That's why Nipsey and Kendrick took up the torch Pac left blazing behind. Great reaction, man.

Even though he said "there are women in this world and there are bitches in this world". The media and people like c Delores Tucker made it seem like he hated black women. Which wasnt true at all but he understood how it could look like that. Appreciate the nipsey intro 🙏. Pac keeps giving us the blueprint. In the intro with the u keep hitting ur fist into the stove. That whole intro verse is telling us this is what's ur life is under white control. When he says twist the cap of the bottle it's vision of the future that together we can accomplish a new way. Even if we have to beg and borrow. Still thugging in this jail cell etc. He's basically recruiting for a war against the system. The final verse when he's talking he's saying the way it has to happen. Reshape the way we think to put up an honest productive fight. That's my opinion. Like tupac taught me when I was a teenager thug life brings riches and bitches. My life is living proof of his blueprint.

Props up to giving a holla to Steve Knight. His reactions are very good too. He explains a lot of things that foreign listener would not understand not having lived in the US hoods.

One of the best songs ever easily... But...there's also 3 Day Theory version (A demo thats more fire)... Pac has a better flow and the whole track sounds kinda different. U should check it out... Gr8 reaction 👌🔥

This channel is a vibe. 1st time listening to 7DayTheory was on the school bus senior year hs. Bus driver was cool….he would pop in new music and play it for the whole bus. Set the tone everyday for the entire school year. 💯 Used to sit in front of the radio for hours, rewinding the cassette tape to learn all the lyrics.

One of my favorite songs the lyrics hits hard to me as I faced this hate. Just makes me want to do better. I wish people would actually feel these lyrics and what he’s saying we need to stop blaming others for our defeats and man up and be smarter and work together within the culture and help each other grow.
