I can see Doctor's power giving a jolt of speed to the other Killer, Plague's red vomit and Trickster's knives tagging Survivors for the other Killer to see, activating Oni's power making the other Killer Undetectable for a short duration, Knight closing off multiple escape routes with Trapper or Hag, and Dredge's Nightfall granting the other Killer faster actions and power recharge.

the game tweaks out with deathslinger in 2v8 sometimes, there's a big bug going on with him rn. if youre playing slinger and spear someone, and your teammate hits another survivor(could be across the map), the survivor you speared will get released

I feel like I'm going crazy bc everyone else loves the mode, and coming into the game for the first time and playing 2v8 it's... okay? it's fun on survivor sometimes but on killer, I just load the game up for 30+ minutes, to get half the bloodpoints I normally would and tbagged at the exit gate by 8 survivors instead of 4, because I'm playing a killer with some basekit addons and almost zero build. I just don't know if I'm missing something, if the original was way better, or if we're just starved of variety.

It might just not be for you. The personal draw in for me is the teamwork on both sides that I find very satisfying. It's definitely much better in a party though because you can coordinate better. Not sure I'd like solo queuing as killer in this game mode. Survivor is still fun regardless tho when you use power's right and play into the class.

its probably a licensing issue, same reason why there aren't licensed killers in 2v8 since the contract for using the skin/killer probably never included custom game modes and bhvr has to be careful because some licenseholders are really strict with what you can do with them

This game is the best showcase of solo queue teammates because I have 7 teammates and I'm still the only one on a gen. Seriously this is so fun, though. I'm glad they are giving us so many gamemodes to play consistently. I love searching for flashlights in this gamemode because its always 1 guaranteed save. Nobody expects flash saves in this mode
