My advise, cut out the whole crossmember and suspension mounts. Weld on one from a 4wd truck. And then do radius arms. Good progress!

Hello, about how many hours does it take to convert a Gen 2 2500 2wd front axle to a 4wd axle to get the lift? And costs. My son already found a nice Gen 2 4wd axle but I’m worried about how it all turns out, his safety and overall costs of which he is talking about coil overs too. Thank you for any help or advice.

You should’ve lowered the truck before tighten those leaf spring bolts so it could settle or just get the skid and push down on your tow ball in the back cus it’ll ride super stiff if those don’t settle
