Coach Carson, should I cash in 200k from the stock market and invest that into a 425k rental property that would yield me $2,500/mo today? Or would this be financial evisceration? And pay 40k in capital gains tax next year after I get my cash flow going. I am in the Tampa Bay area. Thanks!

Will the group include people doing other real estate investing (wholesaling, flipping, etc) or just rentals?

Mainly rentals. But a lot of the more experienced folks in the group (including me) have done both. But the focus of the techniques, analysis, financing, systems, etc will be rental properties. So it's not for someone trying just to scale a flipping biz for example
