Cristina is Cristina. But Meredith was there for Izzie. Hell they all covered for her in the Denny situation. But Izzie was so infantile. She was either blowing sunshine up your ass, or thundering over your head. Meredith would never do anything against Izzie. But she can't even talk to Alex without being called a whore. Call me crazy but I think I'd take the less dramatic one who doesn't call me a whore as a bestie.

She was just the only character you actually had human emotion while the rest were robots half the time. Izzies reactions were realistic while the rest of them were all ✨dark and twisty ✨

Braelyn Andrade she seemed over involved in everything though. I understand that she was very passionate person but it seemed though she let her emotions take over her. I’m not saying the rest of the cast didn’t let their emotions cloud their judgment but I feel as if izzie was the most frequent. As for the rest of the cast being ✨dark and twisty ✨(lol), I liked that they had those characters because it shows a spectrum of people and how they move through life. Saying that izzie’s reactions were “realistic” feeds into the notion that in order to show that we truly care is by acting according to “normal” standards. Take Christina for example, yeah she is a bit of an ass, and talks bluntly to patients. Yet she has a drive to help people because of the death of her father. Just because she doesn’t act the way a “normal” person would, doesn’t make her any less human. P.S don’t take this comment like I’m being rude. That’s not my intention. 🥺

@@braelynandrade356 No it wa bad because Mer was not sleeping with Alex, she was trying to be a friend and Alex needed someone to talk to and izzie made a big deal out of it by telling her sleep with him because you sleep with everyone, atleast Mer had the catacy of apologising not like her, and still Mer was there for her after what she said to her, Mer has been carrying people's crap on her shoulders even when she is not in the wrong they blame her and she take it because she grew up being blamed her entire childhood up to adult and still when Ellie was Lucid she kept dismissing her and she take it.
