Using FiveTimer to time and ScrambleMe for the scrambles they both support SplitView on (recent) iPads and you can do some fun stuff with that.
Previous attempt: • 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5 in ...
(I misremembered it as ~3:35 for some reason) so this attempt is 40 seconds faster! Still, is it just better hardware all around or am I actually faster from roughly... wow, five years ago? It feels like it's 70% hardware 30% faster.

Many years ago I got my kids these toys. After they got em all mixed up and couldn't get em back right I waited till they went back to school after Christmas break.
