Today was a doozy as always.
3,000 pull-ups in a little over 6 hours.
Our numbers are going up and I'm proud to say that this is the highest number I've reached in a single training session since 2100 in 2020.
As mentioned, you can use code "TRUETT" for 20% OFF all MTN OPS Supplements if you wanted to save some money on high-quality products.
If you're looking for improved recovery and muscle gain, I recommend these big 3: Magnum, Creatine and Slumber.
Need great sleep to experience muscle growth to its fullest and creatine is a great addition to strength/muscle gains as always.
The MTN OPS Magnum protein really helps me with avoiding soreness and allows me to get back after it the very next day instead of having to take days off due to soreness.
Here's a link to MTN OPS Homepage and remember to use my code to save some cash:
mtn-ops.sjv.io...
They're also currently giving away a PSE Bow to one lucky order before the 25th of this month so if you want the chance to win a bow + get quality supplements then you know what to do.

You inspired me to do 2301 in 9:15. I tweaked my left shoulder on two 2300. I do these often. My favorite thing since I’ve started is that I’ve become so much more driven in my business. I have two trucks and a car and 2 months ago right before the hardest time of the year for a pool cleaner both of my trucks broke down within one week of each other. I went from being able to employ two techs and working 30 hours a week on my business to having one helper with me in the car and having to do 90 hour weeks. My trucks both just got finished in the shop. I didn’t lose one single account during this period and I somehow managed to get every pool cleaned that I had on the schedule. It was very hard but just got through it and Im really proud. I had to tell myself so many times “when I started this business I didn’t do it because it was easy. I did it because I wanted to start building a path to financial freedom and if it wasn’t hard everybody would do it. It is hard to run a business and this is what hard feels like. I’ll be proud of this suffering when it’s done” I told myself the ladder part of that during the endurance pull ups so many times and Jen shit got hard in business I noticed I told myself the same thing. Hard work translated to life everywhere. Not just fitness.
