I do not understand how guys can wear jeans in hot weather. After living in the desert and not showing for weeks the chafing is unbelievable. I haven’t worn a pair of boxers or briefs since 2002-2003. Best decision I ever made. Commando is the only way to go.

Please do not encourage people to do this shit. You are by default encouraging some people to do this whether you know it or not. Exercise should be at your own comfort level and at max a little bit over within moderation. Not to a degree where it does more damage to your body then good.

I wholeheartedly agree, but I am training for a very specific reason: setting records. What I’ve noticed is my back is growing despite it not being a recommended style of training for growth and also my forearms. I’m sorry, but it’s the truth. Hope that’s alright with you
