I ate 1,300 calories at lunch. Total 1,700 a day though for me. Lost 60lbs in 2 months on keto, intermittent fasting and 2 hours if cardio / exercise every other day.

your form as you said is pretty darn good even at the end. I did 500 pullups a few days ago (which is a lot for me) and my form was awful by the end heh so kudos to you brother.

I had insane elbow issues for years. These guys all deal with issues. The main thing is muscle balance and recovery. Fixing my tricep and bicep under development helped my elbow issues… also reverse wrist curls among some other wrist/elbow specific exercises. Everyone is different though.

I can’t say that I do! I think the constant working out over the last 11 years has strengthened my tendons and ligaments to where I don’t run into many issues. Everyone is different though, I know icing helps and of course resting until the pain subsides

Take K2 with a vitamin D dose that big. Helps with absorption of D and prevents calcification (which is what happens if you take too much for a long time)

i tried the other day and did 5 on the minute for as long as possible and got to 40 mins. in summer imma try get up to an hour. when would you recommend moving up to 10 on the minute? inspiration btw

When you get to your goal time, move to six and start back at 40 minutes. Once you get to an hour, do 7 reps and so on until you hit 10 on the minute

@@truetthanes I swear there is something that psychologically makes me superhumanly indefatigable when I where my collared polo shirt with my belted trousers on my Persian carpet and I am religious but not thaaat religious also damnnnn you take A LOT of supplements have you ever thought of taking stuff like lions mane/cordyceps mushrooms as supplements it would be interesting to see ur opinion (they are the legal type I ain’t taking about magic mushrooms…I wish 😂)

@@vazgenmelikyan2426 if you are a beginner start by doing 3-5 sets of 5-10 with a 3 -5 minute break. If you are more advanced than that i would recommend doing 1-10-1 pyramid, this pyramid is 100 reps. Do that pyramid for a while 3 or 4 times a week. Thats what i did , wheb it became easy i just started doing 5-6 a minute evry minute for as much as i could. Hope this helps. My current record is 450 in one hour , and 600 in 100 minutes

@@truetthanes hahaha. Thats true. From where I was it’s a big win. I was 315lbs and drinking 15-20oz of whiskey every evening for the last 10 years. Thought I was living the life!!! Haven’t had a drink in 6 months now, don’t ever want another one and I’m down 50lbs so far. Sure wish I started this journey years ago. But starting it now at 41. Gotta start somewhere though. Sure wish the MTN Ops was cheaper to get to Canada though. Really liked taking it but it’s too expensive with the shipping to bring it up here.

Nice work bro. When I do over 700 pullups in a day, my tendons begin to hurt. Any suggestions to fix it?

Tendons take longer to recover than muscles, give them proper rest or you will develop tendonitis

@@gustavrosgaardsrensen8028 There is no other way to strengthen your tendons faster. But if you can do 700 pullups in a day your tendons are superstrong already 👃 Remember that Truett did 100, and 200 pullups every day for years before he really started to ramp up the volume! While Ice Bathes and massages speeds up joint and muscle recovery, it inhibits your body's ability to adapt to increasing voume. But you can increase your odds of solid recovery with the right nutrition. Avoid Vitamin E and C supplements, too big amount of anti-oxidants inhibits protein synthesis and you tendons' ability to adapt to increasing volume. (That is from supplements, getting a lot of E and C from food is no problem). And then we all know the basics: Minimum 6mg of magnesium pr kg bodyweight. Get Vitamin K, D, and Kalsium in good amounts, preferably in the same meal because they work synergistically together. 3g of EPA/DHA has been proven to increase the body's ability to take up nutrients. (That is usually gotten through 5-6g of Omega 3). And my last tip is to get at least 8000 steps everyday in addition to the training. So if you do 5000 steps during training then total amount of steps should be at least 13000. For reference this is all from Juma Iraki, a super smart nutritionist who has had Layne Norton, Andy Galpin and tens of other fitness/sport scientists on his podcast. Rest, ice, keep getting stronger and training but don’t push yourself too hard on training days if you begin to feel a strain. Maybe do 100 a day for awhile and the tendons should strengthen up. Then do 200. Then if you feel good go up to 300 and so on

@@truetthanes i like it 🤙 oh btw; u inspired me to do the 100 pull-ups/day a while back...I was able to do it for a few months, but then my old SLAP tear starting acting up (I was also lifting weights including bench press & doing BJJ), it got to the point where couldnt open doors or drive with my right arm...gonna give-up bench press, and take a several months off of pull-ups, then give it another shot... Not then anyone cares what I'm up to, lol, but it's awesome that ur in the comments, and I just wanted to share that with you. Keep hammering.

I also tend to work out 2-3 hours per day and any breakfast above 1000 cal makes me feel way too sluggish. 800 cal for me (6’0, 200lbs) does the job
