That's been my issue...connecting the dots with putting these various ideas to real life practice. There's just soo many choices out there about what to to make money online. Definitely can seem overwhelming. BTW, one of the best podcasts I've seen.

Greg do you have a paid consulting service for founders who want to brain storm or ask questions or want a plan of execution for a product that they are building over a call? Sort of like founder consulting ? say 10-30 Minutes of your time?

Concise Summary: AI Co-Founder: AI assists founders with tasks like marketing, sales, and finances. Operates 24/7, personalized to match the business’s style, streamlining and automating workflows. Code Refactoring Service: AI automatically scans, fixes bugs, and optimizes source code. Suggests improvements, runs simulations, and supports new feature rollouts. Ideal for software development teams. Industry-Specific Content Management: AI platform aggregates and summarizes niche-specific information (e.g., healthcare, equestrian, engineering). Personalizes content delivery via email, podcasts, or videos tailored to user preferences. Recommendations: Focus on niche markets. Develop an MVP to validate demand. Price based on ROI or user-specific needs.

This episode really hit home. It’s refreshing to hear a perspective that values community and intention in the digital space. How do you think creators and builders can balance fostering genuine connection with the inevitable pressure to scale quickly? Can true community-building thrive without compromise in today’s hyper-competitive landscape?

Greg, the last idea Niche-specific content creation coupled with one idea you once share about making research papers easy to understand can be a powerhouse.

18:10 but cursor use Anthropic under the hood. The magic happens on the prompting and in the chains of event. Maybe they also fine tuned a Claude version, but it’s not their own proprietary model
@TheDoubleMvpАй бұрын
I think the point is that they’re obviously not using Anthropic out-of-the-box, but rather customizing a foundational model heavily for their use case.

Love this video. Whart a co-incidence , I built my own app launching next week, which used AI agents to research the data set, but also allows our users to deep reseaech using agents for any things not ocvered in our existing database. I have another 2 apps in the pipeline, one of which uses AI Agents, the other is just clever use of LLMs, pre-existing APis and Flux. 99% of the work has been done by AI to launch this startup. From ideation, to engineering, to markerting

So good ! Love this podcast and great guest! You have a extra fan!
@paul.tinsley29 күн бұрын
Cursor does have a “small” free model that is theirs (not sure if it’s an open source model they run or they trained their own) but most of the advanced stuff is using chatgpt and Claude models

@gauravk.kumar09Ай бұрын
I really liked the first idea and it certainly hit in my mind - AI Co-Founder: Your 24/7 virtual partner with ZERO equity . But I don't know how to execute that idea, from where to start an what features that our AI should have to do all sales, marketing & everything and replace the need of cofounder. Would like to get a little bit more clarification on this. Thank you.

Please could you outline how the frontier models aren't going to cover these use cases once they go agentic? I think this is important to cover as I keep thinking "ChatGPT will be kill that idea in a year"
@TheBootstrappedFounderАй бұрын
We can't know, BUT we CAN know that its not in their business interest to ever optimized for any particular niche. So by training a specific model/agent for a specific job, you will -all things considered- always be ahead of frontier models, and at the very least in front of their business choices.
