The armour is a mix of the new kirac vault armour and the spellblade supporter pack set. The herald and rf effect is trancendance

I like to keep it as a running history of the poe build projects I have, I tend to have one very high investment build that I min max a league

and would you recommend it at like an 130 div budget

You can play the build with 130 div, just drop the mageblood for an immortal flesh and run worse rares and 5 passive voices. You will have to also probably drop the unique rings for resistance rings also. The build will be fairly squishy though without a mageblood but it should be okay if you dont plan to do very hard content such as juiced mapping.

This build was well over 600 divines last league, mageblood wasnt even half the cost at the time

You would have to make up for the missing crucible passives. You would need to find +4 maximum fire resistance somewhere and also 100% shock avoidance (probably from a flask suffix and mageblood)

Each explode type has an indpendant chance to explode and can stack the explode, stacking one type of explode such as physical isnt great but stacking different types like this build does, (fire, cold, lightning, physical, chaos) is good
