I tried then making my own list because I realized no one was gonna share the same vision as me, but after some work I gave up because it became more work than it was worth. I tried a lot of mod-lists, this one is definitely the best, immersive and very realistically (for me its perfect). I'm playing it on an old rig.. gtx 1080 and i5 8600k, in full hd ultrawide (1080x2560) getting 40~70 fps (40~ in towns) using Community shaders + Reshade (stable 80 with lossless scaling and max fps lock) to make it a bit more actual for today gaming. keep the good work!

Can confirm I've run vramr, I have a 2080ti and even at 1440p I still have stutters using the normal profile. It helps with fps to an extent but still get stutters around the major cities and dense forest areas.

@@mihajloneorcic1922 Yeah you should be ok, The idea of Vrmar is to lower the amount of Vram Usage, But i still fill my 11gb up when not inside interior cells. I wouldnt even attempt to run this at 1080p on my system to lower my usage as im on a 75" TV so it would be blurry as hell. Even 1440p isnt as sharp as 4k just because of the pixel density. If you are on a monitor im assuming your running 1080p anyway..

Hello Biggie!! Ive just installed Lorerim and im having a blast with it 😁 thank you so much for putting it together!! However, ive noticed that sometimes starting/playing through quests can cause it to… bug out? For example, in the main questline, after i spoke to balgruuf warning him about dragons in riverwood, im supposed to get the next quest from the wizard. But… nothing appears? And balgruuf just stays seated in his chair. This isnt the first instance either. In the Companions questline, after Farkas shows me into the living quarters, the quest completes but the next one… doesnt start? Just wondering but, what do you do to alleviate this issue? Like what can i do to ensure that the next part of a quests continues?

this is late but if i’m not mistaken lorerim has the at your own pace mod, which affects those quests to where you have to manually advance them by talking to certain npcs.

hey man, i want to congratulate you on the absolute killer job youve done with this modlist. It has transformed the game for me. I have a question though, when starting with thelorerim exe , NO takes an incrediuible amount of time to start. Same when i actually start the game. It takes an insane amount of time just to get to the main menu. But whil it is launching, MO says "the application must run to completion becasue its output is required. SkyrimSE.exe (9908)...." is this all normal?

Weird that LT is to use left hand but also opens Wheeler mod everytime. You have to double tap LT to bring up and immediately close wheeler to keep using your left hand. Wheeler should have just been a combo press instead.

What is the yellow/orange colored meter above your health? I like to have all of my hud be dynamically hidden and I can hide everything but I can’t find the MCM for that Yellow/orange bar. Also I love this Modlist. I spent 3 weeks building my own then watched your grass cache tutorial and was like “oh shit this guy is a wizard what else does he do with Skyrim” lol then boom best modlist out there deleted my own and installed Lorerim 2.0 and love it! Thank you for it!

idk if u will see this but i hope you do, in MO2 on the bottom is a separator called rule 11 that has 2 plugins disabled - beyond skyrim-bruma-best of both lod normal and -Lux-bright templates what do they do and should they be disabled or enabled?

I believe disabling those improves performance, they might be disabled by default on the "Normal" profile. They mention it in the LoreRim performance guide PDF

How do you delete wheeler pages? Also I hit the unlock button after I installed it ( I didn't know lol)...should I reinstall the game? How do I do the update? Also, your tutorial for the installation was awesome! This is my first time playing with mods. I saw the Relentless Zen video and it motivated me to try it out. I've been thinking about doing an Orc Vampire build in the anniversary edition but this is better lol

You don't need to reinstall if you hit unlock, just try not to do that in the future. Delete wheeler page is either M or N by default when you're hovering over it, check the Wheeler mod page for an in depth tutorial on that mod.

Hey biggie - I followed the controller guide and got the main profile working - Is there anyway to make it so that you don't have to hold down left stick to sprint? A sprint toggle or sprinting while the stick is full tilt would be much preferred - holding the stick in the whole time you want to sprint is rough the hands and the controller - Any way to make some sort of edit to the hold set up?

If you go into MO2 and disable the mod classic sprinting redone it should change the sprinting to a toggle rather than holding down the button.

Perk reset is available in-game after beating miraak. and im sure theres a transmog mod out there

Updating is the exact same as installing you just check the overwrite box.

It's been 4 days since I started trying to make this work. I finally managed to get the whole wabbajack installation to end and then bam skse version error. So I update the skse to the latest version... and now I get everything to start from MO2 but Skyrim never runs and I don't get any errors to try to keep going *shrug*.

Banging my head agianst the wall for 2 days now. Tried mods to make it work, reinstalled clean version of Lorerim. The Dear Diary Dark mode, is not working, nor is the 32x9 resolution. Game is only opening in a 21x9 even though my screen is a 32x9 (all other games work), It seems like all of the option mods in widescreen support, including the base dear diary, is not working.

@@TheIrishTurtle I’d suggest adding Eli’s Breezehome if you want to display weapons, amours, and unique’s in a fairly immersive and easy to modify fashion. I’d be willing to create a guide for this, it’s a really simple and quick addition compared to the 100+ hours of patching LoTD would require.

@@TheIrishTurtle You going to have patch almost everything to do with LoTD, this includes: Quests, Armours, Weapons, Perks and skills, NPCs, the world space (including northern roads), add all of Lorerim’s additions as LoTD collectibles. It’s not exactly difficult per say, however, it’s going to take you-as a beginner-more than 100hours of work. You also have to factor in the fact that LoTD is notorious for breaking save games which is ironic considering it’s meant for a completionist play-through. You’re probably even going to have to remove quite a few things from LoreRim due to incompatibilities, in fact, I think you may even need to update LoreRim to the latest Skyrim version if you can’t find an archived copy of LoTD

In the post installation section in the read me I see "If you do not have an RTX Graphics Card it is CRUCIAL that you DISABLE the DLAA mod located towards the bottom of the load order" but on the mod description page it says "If DLSS is compatible, then NVIDIA DLAA will automatically be enabled, otherwise AMD FSR 3.1 Native AA will be enabled" so does it works with AMD cards too? or should I disable the mod?

I have a RX6950XT and I only get around 45 fps in ultra preset (50-60 when setting shadows and reflection to medium in the enb) it would be great to have FSR for frame generation would that be possible ?

Couldn’t get the controller support to work 100% so I added a set up from Nolvus which integrated 100% and works well with stances and everything, all features. Only played about an hour but no crashes, anyone having issues let me know.

Can you direct us to or give advice on how to actually use controller on lorerim I have tried many different things even what is recommended on the mod page and I either am just not understanding or it really just isn't working, it won't let me parry at all and wheeler doesn't work I only one two combos which are to open the quick menu and the inventory menu with is like lb plus start or lb plus left stick and that's really it other than lb plus RT for powers or shouts? If I can get this to work on controller I would easily put 100 hours in mouse and keyboard hurts my wrist and shoulder long term

Mines bound for LB with directionals are stance system and B with directionals operate the menus. Partying, attacks, power attacks and such work as well, goodluck

AE is mostly SE with a lot of CC content added. The rest comes down to game versions that can be down- or upgraded.
