If you want to run a Sigil of Power you need an Unset Ring to fit it in OR drop Cality and don't run a Watcher's Eye. The PoB has been updated, im sorry for the mistake.

If you mean sigil, Sigil is worth ~17% of your dps when maxed out which happens very quickly. For standing still situations like bosses and delve it is very much worth it esp when you also consider the 27% less damage you take from enemies inside the area.

@@Alliee I copied ur whole pob with almost same gems and items. Idk still why my dps in POB is around 12kk, rather than 100kk that your pob shows. Also I went to the t16 map without any additional regex, or mods - went into boss but felt kinda weak right now. Complete build costs me around 70-85d. What could be a problem? Maybe I will swap sigil with clarity and test again. Also started to have a problems from 70+ delve.

Are you using battlemages cry? It sounds like an issue of no battlemages cry or Redblade Banner if your weapon swap.

The weapon swap part of this build is extremely annoying if you play on controller like I do. I really wish we could re remap our buttons. I have to push R2+R3 at the same time to switch to shield and back. If I push R2 too fast, I'm disabling an aura and killing myself some of the time. If I push R3 too fast, I'm accidentally replacing a skill with autoattack before I die. I might get used to it and master the weapon swap part but damn I really wish I could remap my controller so this build was less of a pain in the ass. Thanks for your in-depth analysis and explanation of the build though, It really would have been my daily driver to smash the game if I could remap weapon swap to something that wasn't hard for me to do 100% of the time. Since other people bring up Conner I'd like to thank you a million times for zooming in and explaining every part of this build and how this works mechanically, as he assumes the viewer understands lots of high level play stuff, while you explain how to build, how to play, and how these mechanics work together in a way that I'm personally able to comprehend better.

Yes, it does. My current pob is at 650m, and my current working endgame minmaxed pob is at 1.1b. I could go higher and reach 1.6-1.7b if I wanted to, but there's no point, so I stopped scaling dps. This is also assuming only 20k mana spent recently, which, even the 25 div budget setup, can do. Realistically, it is probably closer to 30k, which means my ramped dps is 1.5b, but I'm just using 20k as a baseline.

Ive fixed it and it will now correctly link to where it should go for a leveling guide. The leveling guide cant make it through the atlas and pretty much falls apart as soon as you reach maps. Its just meant to be a very very fast way to level to act 10.

Its a little bit more than 25 now sadly, the quiver was 5 div and its now 12-13 div so its closer to ~35 div but with the basic setup the 2 bosses shouldnt be too too difficult. I will say it will not faceroll the bosses for you as in, you would still need to do mechanics correctly but it should phase them pretty much instantly.

I acknowledge that the concept for this build is all his, but you don't see every impending doom video mention fyre or see every poison exang build mention rue. I'll be doing 2 more videos on this build in a few days going over how you'd want to upgrade this further for a mapping setup and for delving. I'm currently in the middle of crafting the mirror quiver for this build, which will be a ~90% dps increase, and after that, I'll be working on videos. A quick tldr of the big upgrades you can make are: - %attribute %mana eyes of the great wolf - heist rings with -2 prefixes +1 suffix with mana, int, chaos res, and str, these will eventually be upgraded to also have crit multi later - mageblood - t1 int, t1 chaos res, t1 mana, t1 str boots, the strength will be for later on in the build but those 4 mods together should be cheap - eventually, the forbidden flesh and flames for this will make you change quite a bit of gear around but will push this build to 1b dps. There are also some tree changes we can make based in if you want to map or delve/boss and those will be discussed in the videos too.

Hello Allie, thanks for your builds every league. I love you since EK Ignite :D that was one of the best builds ever. But this one is even better. Your builds are never cheap, but that's why I always farm the money for the first 2 weeks :D I have a few questions though, haven't done any Uber bosses with it, but have Mageblood and Top gear on. Just not the bow with +1 and still missing a few div for the forbbiden parts. You have now replaced Rain of Arrow with LA. I have that too because I find it more comfortable (but have the Awaken versions of GMP and FORK :D) The question now is, is the LA much weaker against bosses than Rain of Arrow? What would you swap when you're on bosses? They have less blue sockets now. For example, I'm still missing the boss of Misst ...... found on all chars..... but not. I've never liked delv because I've never been below 400. I'm changing that right now :D Unfortunately I can't watch live streams so I don't know if LA is really only used for mapping. The damage comes from Storm Rain or not :D? Thanks and happy new year

Yeah, i use LA for mapping and for delving outside of bosses as it feels very very good. I plan to try to get a video out for tomorrow on the changes ive made to the build as ive managed to fit in spell supress and ive changed quite a lot of other things around too. As for Rain of Arrows, I have 2 bows and just swap bows out for any delve bosses / pinnacle bosses that way they can both have proper setups. The reaosn we use Storm Rain is because it is a lot more hits than LA can provide giving us a lot more Instant Leech procs.

Important question: when you weapon swap don't the mirage archer and storm rain arrows on the ground disappear since you're no longer using a bow? I tested this in hideout. Please clarify this is very important for QoL

Yeah you are right, they do go away but personally, I have never noticed this once or really saw it as a problem. For mapping, LA will clear everything before storm rain has a chance to hit anything and in delve, you can reproc your manaforged arrows and a new mirage archer very quickly.

I would love if there was like how to essentially league start this and transition into it. As I don’t have much time to play so making 25 div is a struggle. Ontop of then having to reroll a new character to swap over to this. But I know this is not a build guide for me.

I usually do that for my leaguestarters, where I go through the process of how to put a character together from scratch, but after the first build, I usually just go into a budget setup to start. It takes a lot of effort and time to do all of the leveling and validation to give people a smooth progression curve, which I can only realistically do for 1 build a league. What I'd recommend if you did want to play this as a leaguestart, would be to start storm brand/penance brand and stay brands until you make enough money or to swap to manabond which is the same build as this one except with a mjolnir. Then, to swap over to this once you have the currency. 25 div especially this league in my opinion isint too much to ask for given how broken the economy is atm and what I'd recommend if you are struggling to make money is to try my beast and essence strategy. It's something I do a video on every league, and it's a guaranteed and tested way to always be able to make a lot. Currently, chimerals are 6 div each, and you should see one ~1/20 maps as well as make a lot from essences. This league I tried to set it up with ultimatum, but as we saw, ultimatum ended up sucking. If you replace it with harbis or strongboxes and have a relatively fast build, you can see anywhere between 15-30 div/hr all depending on how many maps you can do an hour.

With current prices, about 35-40 div. Unfortunately, the quiver is now about 13-15 div up from 5, and a few other items went up in price, too. Even with the price increase, I'd say it's still pretty cheap given how strong it is.

Actually yeah, very much so. The 25 div budget is probably clsoer to ~35-45 now due to inflation and to popularity but it still feels great and it scaled very well. I played it to a ~3.5 mirror budget and even crafted 2 mirror items for the build which would put my buidl at ~15 mirrors if you counted the crafting costs. With that high end of a budget it felt great and the scaling all the way up to that point was wonderful. Im now playing a Str stacker due to me being bored with playing the same build for a few weeks now but I very very much miss the ungodly single target that manaforged had.

My question is can I get non corrupted one, and just use a vaal or on it to corrupt it? or this is not how it works? And if I can do it like that - what are the odds for me getting this corruption? Yeah you can do that, it's just the odds of hitting it are ~1/400. Usually on pc due to how awful it is to buy single items from people it would never be viable. On ps5 where I assume you guys have the same ah esque system as Xbox, since you can spam buy them from people if you have the money for it might actually be a viable way to get it.

Hi, I have the exact same setup as on your PoB but with even better rolls, only missing the clusters as I am at level 88, and I keep dying like 3 times per map (I know is not a mapper but it should be tanky right?) Most of the times is just one shot. I figured it could be when I swap weapon as I get pretty low on resistances for a milisecond, but I also die with the main weapon if I stop for a moment to kill a boss or hard mob, any clue what could I be missing? I liked the idea of being tanky and I feel like paper after spending 100+ div. Thanks!

Are you dying with es up? If so, it could be a poison on hit/phys as chaos map where you are on low mana with no coruscatling elixir active, making the chaos damage kill you. Outside of that, if you have a decent es pool and are res capped, you should be having 0 issues. What kind of maps are you doing specifically, and could you try to describe your deaths a little bit more, please? As in, what killed you, did you get 1 shot, do you have es leech, ect.

I have the exact same problem. From what i understand i should be tanky but in reality iam not. When delving i can't stand in the middle of all monster and survive. i have to constantly kite them in a circle. As soon as i stop running i die. I can't figure out where my problem is too. Its not only in mapping, but also in Delve. I am just not tanky to facetank them like in the video. its more like a kite gameplay running in circles. Its not oneshot per se its more like dying in 1 - 3 melee hits from random monsters. Or from bosses in Maps. Like the spider in Jungle Valley. Another problem is i can't fit my Defiance Banner to activate it. I miss some life and followed the POB and bought all the gear with the same mods or 99% close.@@Alliee

Lower your clarity. You probably have a slightly too high of a clarity to have enough reservation. The clarity is simply meant to be a way to turn on the watchers' eye mods and to reserve your life as close to 1 as possible for ivory tower scaling. As for your deaths, do you have storm drinker on your clusters? If you have a big es pool with res cap, I'm not sure why you'd be dying other than you not leeching es. Are you also pressing arcane cloak on cooldown and keeping up battlemages cry?

I lowered the Clarity from 4 to 3 and this is now working. I have StormDrinker on my Cluster and i am pressing arcane cloak on cooldown and keep battlemage cry up. so i don't know where the problem is. Im doing exactly this. Still i cant dfacetank them as they kill me in 2-4 hits.@@Alliee

Hey i ran into a problem looked over notes and vid many times you show sigil of power on the al dhih but once you wep swap the buff goes away? but on the vid showcase its on your front bar not your wep swap so it doesnt go away little confused here

Yeah, this was a slight issue on my end im sorry for that. I blindly assumed Sigil wouldnt go away just like how you keep Battlemage's cry if you swap. To fix this youd need to get an Unset ring and put either your Frostblink/Sigil in there. You can also run a 5 link Widowhail setup for Rain of Arrows which is discussed in the followup video to this and put frostblink/sigil in there instead. Id honestly just go the Unset ring route as its a lot friendlier in terms of setting this up when you are starting.

Thats due to Coruscating not being up and you running out of mana so Ivory doesn't save you. Id be a bit more careful with your mana usage in wildwood as to not fully run out and you shouldnt have any other issues.

Sorry for the late reply, busy passed few days. You need to make sure your pob is setup correctly. What I recommend is to make a 2nd copy of my pob, and import your character into it while using the delete buttons when you import to get rid of all my gear. Make sure you turn on battlemages cry in the skills tab as pob will import it as disabled due to it being in your offhand, this I'd done by setting the socket group it's in pob to any other one, it doesn't matter. Then, make sure when you look at storm rain dps, you look at beam dps not arrow dps.

If you sacrifice some utility on your lightning arrow setup for mlre damage links and use the linkage for it with a 2nd bow for mapping as described in the update video, you can map decently well with no swaps. Realistically, the no swapping playstyle on anything but bosses won't really feel super super strong until righteous providence where you can get yourself 500% crit multi and crit cap.

I see you use Clarity lvl 4, mane regen but why ? the ring Shavronne's Revelation when it is in right ring slot "You cannot Regenerate Mane" .. and also why no watchers eye if we take sigil of power ?

Clarity is leveled to reserve as much life for Ivory Tower to turn into ES, you just level it as much as you can for your given setup and str/life. Its in the build to enable the clarity mana as extra es mod and nothing else. There is nowhere to fit all of the gems unless you run an Unset Ring. We have 3 flexible gems in our build with Frostblink, Clarity and Sigil of Power. We cant drop frostblink so its a choice between dropping Clarity or Sigil of Power to have enough sockets if you dont want to run an Unset Ring. This issue has been solved as we have theorycrafted this build but it also requires a pretyt big passive tree rework to fit. Ill be doing a video on the changes soon.

Hello, I am brand new to Poe and am playing a deadeye lightning ranger build. I have a question regarding gems. When I equip frenzy linked with manaforged support on any slot, the attack slot gets greyed out. When I unequip manaforged, the attack can be performed. Those two skills are shown as compatible. I am trying to figure out why it is greyed out. Also, is it supposed to be greyed out and played that way? I am playing on the PS5.

Yeah, a greyed out skill means you cannot directly use it yourself as something else will trigger it for you. In this case, the manaforged arrows will autocast the Frenzy for you every time you spend 3 times the cost of the frenzy with other bow skills. Frenzy costs 10 mana so every time you spend 30 mana with LA you will also cast a frenzy at the same time.

With higher investment very easily, yeah, as it is a deep delver and deep dekcers are going to be very tanky. As for the clear, it won't be super super fast as you are relying on storm rain for your damage until very high budget levels but it will be reliable. If you take this build, slap on a mageblood and get some decent charms you should have no issues.

@@Alliee Thanks for responding. Died once in delve ( around 120 depth ) and once to map bosses becos I cldnt damage him fast enough (T11 maps ). I could usually just clear t16 without effort. Had 13.9k es and 12k mana, I think my gear is pretty decent, around 40-50div invested excluding bow and quiver. However I wasnt using warcry during that time. I then setup the warcry weapon switch and it was alot better damage wise, but doesnt seems worth it as I could manage the same/higher dps on cyclone without any pre buff, and also had better mobility with lightning wrap and better tankiness. ( I could see my es dropping and leeching back on arrow setup, but on cyclone my es is almost always full ) I think something is quite wrong because i understand manaforged arrow is supposedly "superior" to cyclone but I cant get it to work at all.

Yeah with no cry until a very high end budget you will not do much damage. At high budget you can actually kill most things with no cry. The thing you have to remember about this build is that you need your storm rains to stack up behind a mob which will take a second to happen so even if you are ramped up your damage might be a second or 2 late. It's why a +1 quiver with widowhail is so important as the 3 additional arrows means you shoot 4 at a time from storm rain making them be in position a lot sooner.

They shouldnt be 1 shotting you through 10k+ es, something must be happening there. Are you having deaths where you have es when you died? It could be due to your flask not being up and being unlucky that you took a chaos hit while at super low mana, its not frequent but it will happen in phys as extra chaos maps. Is there any more info you can give so i can try to diagnose the issue

Coruscating Flask is in my bar, but not the one for cold and lightning res + reduction. I thought it is not necessary because I have far more resi than 75%. Chaos resi is actually +16 I guess

If you are having deaths where you still had es when you died then that is due to chaos damage hitting you while you had low mana and no coruscsting up to save you. This can be fixed by making sure you have the % chance to gain mana when using a skill mana mastery as well as 1 instant leech charm and the instant leech mastery. The reason this build runs topaz and sapphire isint for the resistances but for the less damage those flasks provide. The less damage can be seen as maximum resistances and with a mageblood, are pretty much as good as having +10% max res.

I spent almost 40 div and the build is still clunky and squishy, the damage its there but it needs ramping up so mapping is not that good, and on top of everything the weapon swap. I think if u have like 100+ divs to invest its worth but if not worth it the complications and the cost.

You dont need to ramp for mapping, just using arcane cloak on cd is all you need to do, a no ramp arcane cloak gives you enough dps to 1 shot everything in a map execpt rares on a low budget. What exactly are you dying to? The build when put together can live 700-800 depth at that budget which is pretty much as hard as 80% deli with no issues. If you can describe your deaths I can try to help diagnose any issues.

If you have everything put together and are swapping to battlemages cry, then you should be doing more than enough damage to kill everything. I really really can't understand what is wrong as you should just delete everything with no problem.

What I'd recommend is to get yourself a 2nd bow with 4g-1b-1r and link it with Lightning Arrow - Fork - Mana Leech - Returning Projectiles - Elemental Damage with Attacks - Lightning Pen. Getting a 2nd bow is recommended as it's only 1 div for a 200% 6 link and it requires different colors. There's no other changes you need to make other than to keep scaling your build as this will also scale the Lightning arrow too.

almost the same build. just don't have second cluster and 2 jewels on mana+es. zero dps.even normal mobs are hard to kill.i dont even talk about rares. killing drox or other elderslayer on clean w/o mods map is just impossible. sigil + arcane cloak and tunneling. whats wrong it can be?

Are you using your battlemages cry? Before you swap to a forbidden flesh/flame combo you will need to make sure battlemages cry is up to do dps. Post flesh/flame you will have so much dps that you wount have to use cry outside of bosses which would melt in 1 second.

If you mean 8 mod super juiced maps/ endgame deli maps, yes but it probably wount be super comfy on a 25 div budget. If you went up to a 60-70 div budget it should be fine and anything 100+ will be very comfy most likely.

Yeah, qutie easily too. I did 1 to see myself at the end of my vod tonight. I had 2 random deaths in the low 20s but had no issues for waves 25+ and basically isnta killed the bosses towards 30. Issue is, LA just wasnt doing enough dmg and had enough leech to handle high waves and I had to swap to rain of arrows which reduced my rewards by 1 level every wave. Its still good and i made like 4-5 div from the sim with rain of arrows. My current righeous providence setup is a bit scuffed and could be stronger but with mageblood, righeous, and maybe 100 extra div you can tear through it with la np. With just mageblood no righeous and like a 60-70 div setup with rain of arrows you can clear it well and use that money to ugprade yourself and eventually be able to get all the upgrades you need. Im currently crafting the mirror tier quiver for the build which is literally just a 2x dps increase and with the quiver this build might be an S tier sim farmer.

Nope, especially if you upgrade the build a bit more. With my current setup I can comfortably map with Lightning Arrow while using fork, returning proj, faster proj, and GMP with no problems. I have swapped over to the Str/Int stackign version but even as a non stacker you can still add in fork and returning proj + 2 actual damage links and have no problems. There will be a followup video soon talking about a more endgame mapping and delving version.

I dont have a specific tree but, i really recommend you add in a cluster for storm drinker as its where all of your es leech comes from, make sure you have EO, and make sure to pick up as much es as you can. The build should be pretty strong by default so focusing a bit more on a bit mana and es pool is not a bad idea.

No, youd need to start as some other templar build such as strom brand or any other viable tamplar build, maybe ~10-15 div and then swap to this. This build is highly dependant on uniques to get it going especially things such as the +1 arrow quiver. It is a viable day 2-3 swap though and should perform very very well once you do make a bit of money to swap to it.

Yes, this build was made by Conner, but no, I haven't just taken their work and made it my own. Me playing this build came from me talking about delve on stream 2 weeks ago and seeing a new delve build on the ladder. I looked at it for 5 seconds, realized it was basically Manabond and decided to play the build myself once I had free time. If you watch my twitch vods you can watch me sit there and reserse engineer the build from the ground up because to me, figuring out a build from scratch is going to be how I learn the fastest. Thats how I learned about the ramps by playing the build myself, and I can show you the vod where i drew the picture and explained it to everyone as I was getting to understand it myself. Again, yes this is not my build and ive never once claimed it is, this is what I came up with as my version of this build from the few days of work i put on stream from wanting to play a build i saw as cool.

For mapping you are mostly relying on your la to do the clearing as it will take a while for the storm rains to setup properly to do said dps. I'd really recommend to use a 2nd Bow with a proper 6 link setup for LA instead of using Rain of Arrows as RoA will feel like trash for maps.
