Y'know, CIG used to do some good armour sets. I really don't know whats gotten in to them now. They seem to be trying, and failing, to appeal to a different set of gamers. Gamers that didn't, on the whole, back this project.

@@matuto1986 That has to do with server meshing, and the single server struggling to detect when tons of stuff is going on. 4.0 and forward should resolve this at some point.

Wow. 4.0 has been in EPTU for 3 weeks. They can't seem to solve basic problems that continue to plague the game. Even with server meshing my local fps was down from live, yes, there was about 70 more people on that shard that normal, but it wasn't anything to brag about. Yet the marketing department always has another thing to sell you. People have to close their wallets if they want things to change.

2:01 Notice there is pop-in loading a simple two-tone armor texture even after it has been on screen for 10+ seconds, and I don't doubt Cam's PC is well beyond the recommended specs. Even for an "alpha" this is bad, because something as basic is the rendering engine should be optimized at least a little by now. Yes, the armor is also ugly as sin. Yikes.

Cig reduced the Draw distance massively, some count fornstuff in your Backpack Like guns or yout face ingame If your going 3rd person and move Out Just an Lil bit. It's ridicoulus and IT wasnt Like this before -_-

I kinda like them. I like the shiny silver and flat white. The color is not bad, but would like to see a few more accent areas. Some more of the purple color as seam lines or something. I do find it comical that the stay puft version appears to have glowing white piping everywhere.

The prices of stuff in SC are insane, but what's even more insane is that they ask these prices because people are prepared to pay them! I would never spend the price of an entire new game on cosmetics for SC. If and when we finally get 1.0, if it has enough gameplay to keep me playing for a few hundred hours a year then I'll certainly consider spending some more money.

I remember during previous IAE where they introduced new armor packs like this and you could purchase them in game during the event...welp, not anymore! Can't even try it on before you buy it...and no matching back pack unlike those prior sets either!
