This is the fun part of Factorio: when you have legendary everything and you can mass produce a ton

I'm aiming for a fully stacked green belt of each science. I already have red, green, blue, purple, white and orange. They're surprisingly small (except for white).

​@@AbsoluteHuman 14400/min. In 1.0 I only did 1k with significant effort. In 2.0 I just needed the asteroid quality grinder and a few buildings. The red and green SP builds are laughably small. Just 12 assembling machines for red, 17 for green, four foundries *in total, for both*, one EM plant, 78 beacons All legendary of course.

It's interesting how Nauvis really just becomes an afterthought late in the game. The only 2 unique items from Nauvis are Uranium and Biter Eggs in the end.

I find it kinda disappointing. No point in expanding Nauvis since you can get better stuff elsewhere, you don't really need uranium late game and you just setup your own biter egg production.

you can definetly build your factory on nauvis, legendary drills + mining prod makes ore there free too

⁠@@tabithal2977Yeah you can, by just melting the ore with a tiny amount of imported calcite. Easy availability of water and oil would be a reason to make the main base there over vulcanus

@@Nilaus Surprised you used normal quality bots for so long. The range and speed of rare is notable. Same with roboports recharge. By the way, if you ever edited your Base in a Book series to account for specific Space Age improvements, how would you work Quality Mods into the work flow? I'll be honest, your initial suggestion of "Make thousands of solar panels to hope for a few rare" turned me off and got me to chuck quality mods into the miners and electric furnaces to make rare space gear before ever leaving Nauvis.

Man can't wait for when I get to legendary stuff, just factorio generates so many tangents... Only just got to Aquilo with rare 6x fision reactors, cause robots need more power and legs on refined concrete is just too much speed on tiny Aquilo base haha. May actually invest in belt imunity parts for a change soon. Happy you can use the map to build because with that many legendary legs precision is going to be a pain and switching legs off makes it too slow :D Have to ask, why Portable Fision reactors and not swap to the Rare Fusion ones at least?

my only issue with legendary everything is that it comes so late its really only for the mega basers. There is not a reason to go full leg other than trying to figure out how to get 100k SPM and to see number go up.

Won't it make sense to modify the parametrized blueprint for the mall, so it would trash unrequested when the chest is full, based on the setting? That way you are not wasting all these items in the chests, e.g. for the rocket silo.

These are legendary plates, you can't see it because they are stacked/the icon is not visible under all that clutter, but if you look at left side, there is stacked arm that holds plates, and their legendary quality is visible

Because the plates are stacked you can't see the legendary symbol at the bottom. They are all legendary.
