[3.24] Back to Basics Keystone - 300% Quant, 200% Rarity, and 100% Pack Size

I have done a lot of testing with the Back to Basics Keystone introduced in 3.24 and have settled on a scarab and map sustain atlas tree while being able to do some magic find if you want to use reliquary scarabs and a mf character, but MF is not needed for this strategy to work.
My character has 83% quant, 488% rarity, and roughly 11 million DPS for this showcase.

I have concluded that the Back to Basics Keystone is strong for map sustain and scarab sustain with additional rare pack scarabs almost required. Other than that, the keystone can also be used for a more MF playstyle if your other 2 scarab slots.
