Oh boy, i really had a blast with this build in 3.22 where i did 38/40 challenges. Might go at it again in this melee league. Also remember to add quality to your weapons while leveling as it is now multiplicative to the damage and is a nice boost early on.

for starting shield good option for 1-2 day to find/cheap buy dd or ele damage bases from trade, with as it's so HUGE upgrade..) you can jump to mapping with white wind if have struggle with claw pandemonius is good option for amulet circle of fear with flat/% cold/% buff is good dmg option too you can go for cold explosure on your gloves as option and action speed for boots

The Taming got buffed and is there is absolutely no Circle of Fear implicit good enough to beat it anymore - can't recommend. A 40% Taming will be 240% damage + 30-40 all res...unbeatable. Pandemonius is OK. I think Pierce is required, so you'd have to get it on a prefix, and exposure implicit just saves you from using Frost Bomb if you can't be bothered to press that button.

Yeah, it seems like it would pretty much stay the same. But your losing totems, which for the most part, losing a distraction. Because melee scaling is supposed to make up for damage. It would seem gems are mostly interchangible with warden, and skill tree from previous leagues would stay the same.

This is definitely a SC only build, it's extremely squishy. Rue's FB of Katabasis Slayer is probably what you want unless you (or Zish) can tweak the trickster POB for this patch from last.

So you mentioned Act 1-2 can be tough. I did an act 1-5 practice run. Not too bad, I think it is worth mentioning that frost bomb can help with Oak's regen. Then as you said, if you can deal with Piety, and get Trinity, its a lovely time after that. Excited to try the Warden. Lower life and less physical damage as... definitely concerning though.

Frost Bomb is a Library gem for Ranger, unfortunately, so you won't have it for Oak in A2 - but yea it gets smooth real quick, just have to suffer like 1-2 hours.

Instead of 2H at the start, I go directly to Life Raker and get the 25 life/mana gain on hit. Thats 22% IAS and 6 + 25 life per every other hit and 6hp + 25mp per hit on the other hits...Can face tank most of the campaign from there on.

It is reserved, you can see the 600-something number reserved - it's a setting in options that doesn't show reserved mana. Might be helpful for this league to track Tincture Mana Burn more easily. Zero ES because no ES gear.

question about vaal pact, where are you getting life recovery from when there are no mobs and you have a dot on you? i died probably 10-15 times leveling from 95-96 strictly because i had no way to stop a dot effect. is it just max ele avoidance, which i don't have atm, or is there something i'm missing here?

Vaal Pact is totally optional - you need ailment immunity and CB immunity at a minimum to use it IMO - if you don't like it, don't use it. You need to be able to actively manage your blood rage with weapon-swapping also.

Partial bait. This is a fun build with plenty of damage, but defense is damn low late maps. Definitely don't bother unless you've got plenty of currency or want a fun alt. Yellows and bosses just devour you once freeze ends, it's bad.

I think the elemental mastery to invert resistances is better than oath of summer. Oath will get you to -10, while the inversion will get you to -50. Unless there's some other interaction I'm missing. I guess it's the 25% chance that makes scorch better..maybe?

Mastery has only 25% chance to invert, right? So average 4 hits for 1k dmg each would become 4*1100=4.4k with oath, 3*500+1*1500=3k with mastery?

I'm not sure about specifically, but there's lots of generic leveling tip stuff out there about zone-reading, portal shortcuts, skips, etc - the early acts are tough, I can't really sugar-coat that. GL!

@@DavePaddy There's leveling trees in the POB - but the early points are all very flexible, you can take them in any order you prefer - I like to prioritize additional strike ->> leech -> attack speed

No, Vengeant Cascade is just Proj Speed - it doesn't make your projectiles return, and even if it did FB doesn't shotgun, so it wouldn't be a great choice anyway.

I've just finished the campaign. From Act 4 onwards it was a cake, very easy progression, fun to play. I've got two more questions: 1) Swap to precision and grace - I've taken all the mana res. nodes from Day 1, but unreserved mana is very low, barely able to do anything. Can we perhaps resolve this with some anoint? Or any other ideas? *EDIT* - maybe I'll simply try to craft some mana on gear and see the difference, or just take 2 mana nodes temporarily until I get Enlighten support 2) Ele dmg on weapon - I will still be running trinity for some time as Heatshiver is quite pricy right now. Before I get it, should I also look for other types of damages on my claw (besides cold) or is just, for example, small amount of lightning damage on gloves sufficient? Because the Day 1 POB doesn't have anything besides cold on claw.

If you cant fit the auras, you are leveling your precision up too high, or you have a support linked to an aura maybe. You can use Inspiration and the 15% life as mana cost mastery to help with mana friction. For ele damage anything is fine with Trinity until you go Hatred, then you want full phys+cold claws.

yes it was removed - you should have evasion + crit flask suffixes, the 3rd one can be curse, shock, or stun reduction

You can replace it with a damage jewel if you want, but freeing up the suffixes is really good to help with chaos res capping to enable 2 tamings. It's all flexible though.

White Wind is a solid early choice, yes - Yoke is also solid very late.

Great work as usual! I am a little perplexed by Oath of Spring. If we hit 9times/sec we get about 23shocks in 2,6sec (2sec * 1,3 from ascendency). If we compare this to Yoke and standard shock, is it really worth it? The problem is that even with defiled forces, it's hard to keep attacking for 5,5sec straight to reach 50 stacks. Maybe as Lightning Strike with return projectiles you can have 3+ hits, but as FB it looks suboptimal. I mean it's like this is tailored for LS even using Vaal LS for phase bosses to apply it instantly. I mean the "perfect" setup is +1 extra curse on wpn, defiled forced annoint and arcanist brand for Ele weakness, but still it will take ramp up time. Returning projectiles on the other hand as a wpn enchant I think require like 150% projectile speed which is potentially given by vengeant cascade? It only says 'returning projectiles'. That would solve some of the shock application issues however, depending on how much shotgunning is involved.

Yes Oath of Spring requires some feeling out. If its 5 seconds of ramp with Defiled Forces, I think that will be totally fine - we can also use VLS and maybe other things for additional stacks, too. If it turns out to be bad, going for the Tincture node instead is a big possibility, we have to see how it plays.

Yes with investment it can do T17s - maybe depending on what kind of Juice youre talking about, but I did all the T17s last league in SSF

Full Phys claw seems to be slightly better than one with Cold, but it's also MUCH more difficult/expensive to craft/buy. I would probably recommend most players go for the same Phys/phys/cold claw as previous guides.

Hi, I've got second a question. If I swap claw masteries for dagger ones (108 points vs 105 points) from day1 pob and swap rare claw for white wind i got huge dmg increase like 1.7mil vs 3mil (+/-, depends on the unique roll ofc). White wind is t5 unique so it should be pretty cheap right?. White wind also have SS and some evasion to make up for lost defences from shield and we have 3 points more to allocate. Am I missing something or is it really good thing to do for trade league, no?

yes white wind is a solid early option if you want. I've never bothered because it's not hard to ramp to that same level pretty fast - and a shield is going to be more important than ever on Warden without the chill/freeze immunity from Trickster (ailment immunity).

Hey dude whats your thoughts about slayer fb? Endurance charge rework makes it really strong to stack endurance charges and slayer makes it easy with a lot of frenzy charges. Also new vaal pact slayer combo is pretty crazy. The only downside I see would be scuffed pathing but we can probably work something out

Could you please link a loot filter for this build? I am fairly new and don't know how to make one and the default downloadable filters seem pretty bad

I just use Neversink's basic filters at first and then remove stuff from them slowly

For newer players and people who want to do this build for the first time , i suggest to you to make it as second build. I played it 3 leagues in a row , i know, trust me. You will have much more pleasure when you have currency to make this build.
