The 3-5-3 Defense is a great youth football defense for more experienced older players. It is one of the best football pass defenses. Many High School football teams run the 335 or 353 defense. Many youth teams run a version with the 3-3 stack. All are great defenses adjusted for age groups.
I am looking at the 3-5-3 as a passing package from my base 62 Multi Defense. It is an easy adjustment from our 3-3 stack and 52 Monster schemes. Plus its a great addition to teach my older teams and get them ready for middle school defenses. Although, I still love my 62 Wide Tackle.

Hey coach, first day of practice is tomorrow, Only have 2 other coaches for 7-8u ...whats the best way to split up indys/position groups so each coach can be working different stations? Id like to do some Indy work, should i split off with diff positions on diff days or just go with larger groups?
