Agree. After 2 year need to switch company and try to get 200%hike After 3 years again try to switch Then after 5 year experience we need to stay in one company for Little bit long duration of time. This is my strategy I followed. But my plan successful and little bit fail But before 5 year experience try to switch alteast 3 company.. If you do this thing from you are normal college defenitely company will offer good package after 5 yr experience..
