For clarification, its not quite as good as Energizer. Energizer = 50% XP (and cooldown) bonus Ancient Portal glyph = 25% XP (and cooldown) bonus Still, its pretty awesome.

The cheapest chimps completion ever was in version 40.0 with just corvus and a dart monkey(total cost: 1215$), in coop chimps you can afford corvus from the start, so the record there is 1000$. I don't know what the current lcc setup looks like now, it probably has either corvus or brickell as a hero due to them being very well suited to lcc(you can just get a cleanup tower and they do most of the damage).
