I used to always put them into a little felt case but these days I just chuck them in like that, they're usually in my pocket or on my head anyway. Also these are relatively inexpensive glasses that I don't mind if they break or scratch but they've held up really well. I think they're coming up to 9 years old!

Hello fellow traveler 😅 Quick question: do you think the laptop compartment is compatible with a MacBook Pro 16”?

My laptop is 13" So I'm not totally sure, but on the AbleCarry site they say: Our stretch divider is designed to fit bladders and can accommodate items up to sizes: 40 x 28 x 6cm 15.7"x 11" x 2.4" The divider is unpadded so we recommend adding a sleeve to protect your tech!

Great video, thanks for posting! Two questions when you originally did the Able Carry review you commented a possibility of a comparison of this pack and the BellroyVenture Ready, did I miss that if not could you give your thoughts on both comparing them? Also I noticed on the pack out you mentioned Uniqlo underwear, I have been hearing Uniqlo mentioned a lot just wondered about more information in comparison to other types and compared to other travel types or wool brands. Other than hearing about them I just really don’t know anything about the brand, rather underwear or t shirts, would you also say good for daily wear as well as travel? Much thanks

Hey, great questions thank you. You're right I meant to do a comparison with the venture ready but I havent, I'll note it on my 'to do list' for upcoming videos. As for the uniqlo underwear, its the airism type, those ones are the seamless variety but the normal airism ones work well because they are breathable and dry quick. They also have 'heat tech' varieties for cooler weather when you want to keep warm. I usually take a combination of airism underwear and merino wool underwear. For merino I quite like Macpacs offerings but the best quality ones Ive tried are from 'wool and prince'. And yes, everything thats good for travel should be good for daily wear, comfort is king!

@@PackingLess much thanks, I didn’t mean to push on the pack review at all, just wanted your thoughts on the differences, over time your insight been great. Speaking of insight, way great insight on the Uniqlo underwear, had heard Uniqlo mentioned on a few sights just never knew anything about nor had I asked any one else, glad I opted to ask as your insight went above and beyond and is greatly appreciated, enough to further spark my curiosity to try some. I think “the comfort is king”comment is the cherry on the sundae in me wanting to get some to try. Again thanks!

@@narnialad1 Hey, no worries, Its a great idea for a video, I'll definitely make it soon. As for my initial thoughts, I feel that the able carry straps are more comfortable than the bellroy venture ready pack, especially when its fully packed. And as always, comfort is king with travel, you definitely want to choose the most comfortable backpack straps. most comfortable shoes, most comfortable clothes because when you travel that will make a big difference.
