The majority of people using these strategies are making significant profits; yes, the risks are larger, but isn't the ongoing business sector equally risky? From what I can discern, the go-to strategy for navigating this downturn and high expansion is momentary trading rather than long-term trading.
@SophiaChristian-so2of
@SophiaChristian-so2of Жыл бұрын
I believe that short-term trading, as opposed to long-term trading, is the best strategy for surviving the current recession and high inflation. Isn't the current market dangerous as well, despite the increased risks involved? Most people who use these strategies achieve significant financial success.

Since the outbreak of 2020, which significantly affected the market, I've been consulting an investment coach before making any investment decisions because their entire philosophy is built around employing a high-profit orientated plan while simultaneously trading long and short, as well as decreasing risk exposure as a hedge against inevitable downtrends. When coupled with their access to odd data and analysis, underperformance is virtually impossible.

@@AdamOwens135 Yes, but the only difference is the amount of effort one needs to put in. He didn't need to put in a lot of effort into positioning himself for luck to find him, but he did do something, and that's the point. He could have chosen to do or be something else that wouldn't have produced this outcome, there are people born into riches but by their decisions position themselves in a way in which their luck doesn't work for them. So for people like us we'd need to put in more effort, but that's the beauty of it. 'If the only thing you can do is curse the ways of the world, then there's no value in saving you.' I've forgotten where I heard that from, but all that matters now, is, let's make that win for ourselves brother. We'll be great🤝.

The main reason he didn’t pay much that one specific year was many of his businesses not making anywhere they needed to break even, so the irs has forgiveness based on that because the projections done by them were correct, just bad market. So it’s like the big companies getting tons of money during Covid instead of those that actually need it. Just remember, they look out for their own. I’m not sure when my dad became a millionaire, but when I was alive, he was making 10 million a year. As for me, I was a millionaire at 18, but I made many bad decisions in the midst of tragedy, so I decided to be homeless and live on the street in order to create the separation from materialism in order to mature my relationship with Jesus Christ and to be wealthy in the spirit is far more valuable and I would not care to have nothing because my eyes have been opened as I humbled myself and claimed I was blind. If you claim you can see, you’ll always be blind.

Inheritance with lands sucks in my southeast asian country. Once you inherit the land, we have inhertance tax. Tax applies both for the poorest to the richest person. Plus you have to pay lawyer, pay govt for documents etc so you could transfer the title of deed to your name. Estimate amount of all these fees: $ 4,000 ( smaller lots) But Tax depends if your land size. Bigger land, bigger tax. I know people in my country who are enployees who cant spend that much money for title transfer.

@Talente Khuzwayo I didn't mean mortgage. Buy a house in KC for 50-60k and rent it out. Repeat this 2 more times and it covers your expenses just about any where you live. Assuming you aren't trying to move/rent a big house.
@hp7639
@hp7639 Жыл бұрын
@Talente Khuzwayo Look at it like this. If you could save 50k a year or even two years and live with parents you can accomplish this in 3-6 years. let's even say it takes longer like 8 years. Some people work 40 years for 40 hours a week to get the retirement money that's no more than that. So in 3-6 years you can possibly set up your retirement by owning real estate. Then after you develop enough cash flow you can start borrowing from banks and refinance to make more money. Who is to say the bank will lend you the money for a triplex? You better have a really good job or likely they won't.

@@gjippsy8419 haha you're already off to a good start. Being stern and blunt are a very important trait in being successful. You need to do research on the area you're looking to invest in. Try to find the areas that are at the beginning phases of rapid growth. You need to be able to buy a house in that area before it's booms. Good schools, shopping, jobs etc will all determine future growth. Use your discretion. Buying a house in an area like this and renting it out will most certainly be your foot in the door. Just know that at first you will have to do this as a side hustle alongside your regular job until you have a large enough fund cache to make it a living. Rinse and repeat, my friend. Best of luck to you.

Job was extremely rich! I am a Christian business owner and a Millionaire... there's nothing wrong with having finances, but I allow the Holy Spirit to lead me and guide me in how I donate/save/invest/spend. It has allowed me the ability to pay off someone's high Utility bill bc they were out of work. Bought someone a car who was in need. Donated over 100k to my Church, many things that have blessed myself and others... my cup runneth over and spills out to those in need that the Lord shows me/tells me to help. To God Be The Glory!

My outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $300,000 can retire broke & someone making $80,000 can retire a multi-millionaire. With the current market movement, you have $100,000 to invest. Where are you investing it?

I believe a healthy portfolio has 3 things, at the bare minimum: Exposure to ETFs for increased diversification, Exposure to assets that generate cash flow like dividend stocks, Exposure to market-leading tech.

During bear markets, aim to 5x your portfolio with crypto accumulation and reinvest dividends. Consult a financial advisor for assistance. Since 2020, my $1.2m portfolio has averaged 28% annually through restructuring and diversification.

She goes by ‘’Melissa Elise Robinson’ I suggest you look her up. To be honest, I almost didn't buy the idea of letting someone handle growing my finance, but so glad I did.

When I get there - don’t worry, I’ll lift you up too. I already have it mapped out. When I prosper, you will too. Unfortunately there isn’t many like me so to reach my first goal is near impossible.
