The Gov, has a big problem, and this is a big problem. The violent producer that was neutralized by the joint police and military team, and would have been alleged to be one of the perpetrators and triggerman in the murders of 8 individuals and 3 counts of shooting with intent in the Cherry Tree Lane community of the Clarendon division, was known and wanted by the police for his quite sometime for his involvement in contract killings for hire, shooting with intent and murder in the division. It is obvious that he was not highly sorted after and as a result was left to terrorise the communities. It took two days to bring this accuse man to justice after he committed the most savage act the division has ever experienced. The question is why this accused man was not captured or neutralized by the police back then. Why it took a directive from the Prime Minister, after the accused committed terrorism for the police to neutralize this man in 2 days. Where was the effort back then?

Senior Crime investigation and security expert, what is your contribution towards the reduction of crime in Jamaica. Why when government try to impose policy many of you are in Opposition. You should appreciate what the government is trying to put forward, but many of you are so negative towards the benifits of the country and its citizens. In develope countries Rewards are offered for information given in order to solve a crime. Use your security ability and assist instead of creating unpleasant atmosphare of negativity. My question to you, have you ever assist the security force with your Expertise to help fight against crime and criminals in Jamaica. I wasn't an expert but I served 16 yrs in the constabulary force and from my experience many of you are talking about human rights and the victim was never mentioned, only that we the police must know that the criminals have more rights. Negativity doesn't help solve crime. Pretty comments don't solve crime.

PNP not going to join. Their motive is to see you fail, Mr PM! Every time curfews or state of emergencies are instituted, they criticize. Until every law abiding citizen takes the initiative to get rid of these criminals in whatever way possible, Jamaica will continue to be plagued. Mr Mayor, far too many of our high school students graduating from high school at the age 17&18 with no subject, no skills and no trade. Its full time the government realise the Heart Trust skills and trade programs need to be implemented into all the high schools across the island. So the children who are not academic savvy could learn a skill or trade while in high school. Leaving with there Heart Trust certificate which is something valuable at home and abroad for the working world.
