Simple decorations you are making. To show everyone what they need to do. I use to make lots of things like this. Because I used to be a window dresser. After I left school. Then again after I married.. back in 1974. In a town were my husband was born. We lived there for a while until we moved around with his work etc. but we ended up getting divorced in 1976. Not been married since. He remained and now lives in Norfolk. With his wife and family. His parents now like mine, have passed away. But he has a brother that was 10 years younger than him. I think he lives with his wife and family in or near Devon?! He was lovely when i was with their mum and dad. God rest their souls. They were both nice. Especially his Dad. Who was Polish. We drove out to see his family over there again in the 1970s. Wonderful place to go to visit.

@@sandrac699 Just to be nosey-have you met with anyone who can help with your vision loss, like Orientation and Mobility, or Functional Vision Specialist? You can learn to do the same things you always did, but maybe go at it in different ways. That was my job for many years, helping kids with visual impairments use their residual vision in the best way possible and how to use the Technology out there to help them. I’m not sure how old you are, you said you have Grandbabies. But it’s not too late to learn Braille and learn how to use Braille writers and such. It’s really amazing the things that blind people can do, they just do it differently. I’m so sorry you are going through all of this. If you need help, every state has a School for the Blind that can help you with finding people to help you. (Some states have chosen not to use their funding for a school, they just have Vision teachers go out to schools and teach. ) Good luck, and I just know you will do great!!

@@sandrac699 Sandra, I forgot to ask (if you don’t mind) - what is your eye condition? Is it age-related macular degeneration? Or something neurological? I ask because sometimes some conditions slow down their damage to your eyes as you get older. Not too often, but sometimes. My mom had MD and when she got to age 62, it slowed down so much that she hadn’t lost any more vision when she died at age 73. I just wanted to ask. I know you have everything under control!

The same size tuna cans can also be used to make small individual christmas cakes. Mix your normal christmas cake batter, grease the tuna tins, fill each tin and cover with tin foil (aluminum foil), make sure cover is secure. Place in dish with water, water needs to come about half way up the can. Cook for around 45 min on around 150 degree C, or until you are happy with them.
