Right now, Hamburger is King!! Steaks and roasts are not happening at our house. But when flavors are yummy, and tummys get full, nobody complains. I made crockpot Pinto beans with bacon a few days ago. Afterwards, I drained them and added them to tacomeat. NOW, I get use up the tacomeat with THIS yummy dish. 😋 versatility is the way to go.

You truly make step by steps for all levels of expertise. I tend to find most channels either pretentious in the way they over do things or pandering in the way they over simplify. You always hit that in between just right!

I've left comments before about how wonderful that you also use V8. I got married in 76' and drank lots of V8 before that time. I started using V8 in Spanish rice dish and incorporated it's use with other recipes since 76' I always have plenty of it to drink or cook with. 😋❤️

Yes I use v8 or a can of tomato juice for many recipes. Examples are Chili, my husband’s taco dinner, and many others. It works great. Especially if you have picky eaters or family members who don’t like thick tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes. Thank you for a great recipe.
@Disturbd_762 жыл бұрын
I have made 2 of these and have the ingredients for the 3rd! They were absolutely delicious and I thank you!!! I have some picky eaters in my home and these were a HUGE hit! My boys and husband all told me they were “keepers” which is how we grade recipes I try. My oldest even took home what was left over and has since asked if he buys ingredients, will I make him his own to eat on for lunch at work. Thank you again so much! Super happy I found your channel!

Hi Angelica, I just want to say that I have been watching your videos for several months now, and I thoroughly enjoy them! I like the entire aura you tap into of how food brings out good feelings and brings people together, and having fun while you make your delicious dishes! And it means a lot to me how much you show your love for your family, what little I know of cooking ( mostly Italian ) I learned by watching my Mom. I miss the lasagna she would make when I was a child. Lots of ricotta, mozzarella, ground beef, and chunks of pepperoni and sausage. She used economy just like you do, like making one lasagna and freezing another, and using stock on hand to make meals, and also using leftovers. Keep up the great work, I'm learning a lot, and this "hardly ever cooks anything guy" may just take the plunge and go for it and do one of your many recipes! Big Hugs, and the best to you and your family! 🙂❤

Every single dish looked delicious. I especially liked the stuffed potato patty recipe. I really enjoy watching your videos and appreciate your step by step directions. Thank you. I do have question…I’ve noticed that many times you grind your own cumin powder….is that better than the already ground cumin? I know I find that to be true with nutmeg. Fresh is best. Appreciate your time.

Chris Palmer I'm sure that is the best way to release that perfect flavor. I add ground cumin occasionally, buy my friend from India explained to me how to heat up my oil and toss in Cumin Seeds!!$!@# I absolutely do this to build every single thing that I cook 🍳 Oil, cumin Seeds, onions, and eggs for example 😋!!!! Regardless of what I cook, it ALWAYS starts with oil and cumin seeds!! India 🇮🇳 spices Rock
