Great meal idea's. Made a hamburger & potato casserole today that was really good. Cooked up a lb of hamburger & sliced up 4 potatoes in my shredder but used slicing attachment. Then seasoned them with badia complete & onion powder & added a can of French onion soup & cream of mushroom & shredded cheddar & cooked hamburger & oz softened cream cheese. Mixed it all up & baked it for 90 minutes covered for hr & uncovered the last 30 min.& 375.. it was so good. Have a great week. Will have couple rainy days due to a tropical depression.

@@Sammi_May me too! I'm usually a Sams or Costco girl. But my Aldi now has the organic grass fed ground beef for 3.99 a lb (when on sale) I had never had organic grass fed . WOW the taste and texture is amazing. And Sams & costco here is over 4 bucks a pound now & my local grocery stores are about 7 bucks a lb..Plus the ones from Aldi are in the nice 1LB squares. So I do not have to get out the food saver. Win WIn! All your dishes looked great. I will be giving them a try. Happy Sunday night XO
