I made this today and it was delish😊 I didn’t have tomatoes or green/orange peppers so I used salsa and a small can of drained green chilies. I cut back on the cheese too. I made a small ring of salsa on top in place of tomatoes. This dish is delicious. Thank you, Rachel , for sharing your love of cooking💗

My mom passed away two years ago. Grandpa passed two months before her and my brother turned into someone I didn't know anymore he became more selfish and heartless and my life is still in limbo. Trying to figure out who I am, where to live, how to be happy. I drove away with just the clothes on my back and I'm awaiting to find more work and to get back in the kitchen again. The other cooks in my family and friends of mine have never understood why I do not want to put my onion and any other seasonings in with my ground beef until it has gotten done and I can drain the grease off. I would tell them I did not want to pour all of my good flavor off with that grease. So when I hear you say it I am just thrilled to death because I know you're a fantastic cook and if you do it then I know I'm right! LOL I so enjoy your videos and your recipes.
