Mel you never disappoint! These are all great meal ideas! I love Tuscan chicken, I don’t strictly eat low carb or keto but I have been mindful of what I eat for health and weight issues so I like meals like this. Your bread turned out perfect to me, it’s just “rustic” and like you said it still tasted good and that’s all that matters 😊 Definitely a perfect dessert for St.Patrick’s Day! Mel, everything looks wonderful! Definitely going to try all of it! Since you like the Andes mints sprinkle them over a pan of brownies right out of the oven, it melts quickly, spread evenly with a knife and let them cool. I have bought the mints already chopped and used the whole package, really good!

Mel, your bread...its no problem at all if it deflates, just give it a bit to rise up again next time and then cook. You can always punch down bread and let rise again. Just a but of friendly bread help. Love the video!

Sweetie that bread rise was no biggie, it happens. Trust me, I make bread weekly, and well I have had those days, but for future info, you can actually do another rise, but the food looks so good. Thank you for being honest, most won't but thank you. It's real life.
