Frugality lets you maintain a balance where only your priorities come first , leading you to a secure financial future. I am avoiding debt , saving and investing around 40 percent of my income. I have a high paying engineering job, and I live upstate MN. since covid my expenses are extremely low. I have zero debt on a 7 figure portfolio, low rent and car paid off. So i can just save. feel lucky and grateful my fiduciary came into play.

As a people pleaser, I find it really easy to get sucked in to hanging out with friends/family instead of holding myself accountable to the plans I make for myself, especially when it comes to learning. With that being said, I'm going to take away that it's okay to say no sometimes and set the intention of working on myself for select time blocks throughout the week.

As a self-published author trying to market my debut novel, I find that the skill or action-point I'm trying to learn and improve upon is networking. I've been going to stores, cold outreach libraries and other book retailers to see if they'd carry my books. I got some rejections, some ghosting (which I'll be following up with an in-person visit) and then I got some wins. It's a windy road but I'm sure with consistent and persistent action, I can generate enough awareness towards my book by networking. 🙏 One big win I had was my old high school accepted my book into their library collection 😁😁 Very happy about that!

There is something I learnt 3 month ago - IFA - Insight for Action - From everything you learn, or hear to write down what is the insight, what does it mean in verious situations and what is the next action I can take to implement it in my life... an most importent do it. The action part is the one I often got stuck because I thought I had to learn more before I can start. ... building confidence in just starting an learning on the way ... Just start.. Thank you

I am in the school of inaction. I think part of why I am here is that, while I have read lots of books about how people have made it. I am under the impression that there are many more silent stories of people who didn’t make it. Which makes me worry that I won’t succeed. Which makes me think I need to hear more success stories so that I can know there is a high likelihood that one of these 10 paths will work with greater than random chance probability

Congratulations to you and your new wife! FINALLY, we got to see her....always wanted to know who this mysterious "girlfriend" was! Only one advice from me: I once read it's pretty simple to keep a marriage alive if you remember 2 rules: Attention and Appreciation. Be fully present with them as often as you can, and when you get into an argument, always remember the little things you love about them. This works, because on the flip side, when your partner no longer gives you the attention you need, you feel withdrawn from them little by little, until you know what happens. But if your partner was to remind you daily of all the little things they are grateful for about you (doesn't have to take long), then you will feel like you are truly loved and can never be replaced in their life.

Everything you said in your video is 100% correct. However, I subscribe to a video you did a while back, where you went on the journey of less is more by getting rid of all your stuff and traveling. People's goals should only be partially focused on financial freedom, but deciding what you "love" to do is equally important as long as it also brings value to the marketplace. Even if you fall short of your financial goals, at least you've spent your life doing what you want to do. Life is really about what you do and who you do it with. A 90-year-old world traveler taught me this lesson.🤗

I swear, I don't know if you know the value of showing us that little hiccup at 4:11, because it's always one thing to tell people about the small and big mistakes you've made, but it really breaks that "good grief, they can't be human" barrier to watch someone you look up to go through the human motions. XD Thanks for keeping that in there Ali; as tiny as it was, it's still a reminder that none of the mistakes big or small can really stop us from getting to where we want to go.

Financial freedom and financial literacy are some of the most underrated forms of education one can have. At 8:45, Ali discusses the importance of acquiring the right knowledge to learn about finance, which is truly amazing to hear. Most KZbin videos are conclusion-based; for example, they suggest that if you do "A" for a period of 10, you will end up at "Z." However, that doesn’t happen for everyone. Leaving in the world of content, content consumption; Breaking free from "videos, courses, and tutorial loop hell" is difficult, as it prevents you from taking action. Thanks for discussing that as well.

I have started my second channel almost 10 months ago but I was not very active until June 2024. Although I took it very seriously and uploaded valuable content twice a week the progress is too slow. I guess it is because my content is very specific and the language of delivery is not English. If I delivered it in English the chances of fast progress was higher. My main goal was to help immigrants who speak Farsi have access to the training and tutorials in their own language as they might have language barriers. I am not sure if I made the right decision to produce videos in Farsi. But I guess it is as it is and I cannot change the language now. But I am glad that I took action although the path to Financial freedom through KZbin is a bit more challenging but I believe that nothing is impossible in this world. At least I tried and that's what matters. Thank you for your valuable video. I personally learned a lot from you.

I've read a ton of books on money and finance and business but haven't done much with the information. It's easy to listen to someones who's rich and just think wow good for you man... but how to actually replicate success, there isn't a real road map for that.

Can you please make a video on how can someone start making podcasts (your suggestions for that) and how to grow in course of time. Also how to build connections with well known people like you do. I have been really curious about these recently and would love to hear it from you.

Hey Ali, I hope you’re doing great! 🌟 I’m an introvert exploring the path to financial freedom, and I’m curious about how to create a supportive environment for achieving it. Your advice would be invaluable! I’m also interested in connecting with like-minded people and entrepreneurs. Do you have any tips for someone who’s a bit reserved but eager to build a network? Thanks a bunch!

I feel like I could have written this comment! I too am very introverted. I’ve been to a couple conferences in my field but couldn’t make myself talk to/network with anyone. 😬

This is brilliant. I know I will end up choosing the fast lane but always wondered how. I didn’t know my path. My new goal to find my path then execute from there.

Love this video. How about tips on figuring out what skill you have? Is it what you enjoy the most? Or something that is easy to learn?

Thank you for the video! I've been consuming a lot of content related to financial freedom and other related topics but I never had the courage to just start. This video reminded me that I need to be more biased to action even in the face of fear. So, thank you! (Again)

I think its safe to say I am not an action person. I have been a subscriber of Ali for years and the only two things I took from him are Notion and journaling.I am in the feedback loop of consuming and I don't know how to get out of it.
