I really love house design with attic, it save space and very mice to look at. We have two separate lots both measuring 375 sq m, one corner lot and the other inner lot located near the highway, mice to build similar designs

To think I did all of this by hand all my life. Couldn't swallow learning CAD after being imbued by designing from brain to paper, the 'old fashioned' way. I am able to see in 3D from a 2D plan. I taught Grading and Drainage! Done by hand and calculators. Designed freeways! Produced every lesson/test on mylar. Could you pretty please enlarge your design platform for the North that used more likely Building Codes than Florida and California! Do you have any of these plans built and lived in? Offset double wall construction? We are going through your excellent plans. We like the modular process so we can work outside the Buildings and Code for OUR abode only. Oh, also check out the shear wall codes. We can not have windows within the shear wall limits or structural concrete above 3' depth or water pipes above 3'. Anyway, LOVE your designs. So brilliant with the storage. Adore the 2X2 partitions. We'll be around and get to know you and your designs better.

Are selling the house as it is? Land where the house is in and part of the surrounding area? Will you provide walls and gate around the house included in the price? Thank you. Where about are in the .Philippines? I love the house however the kitchen needs expanding a little bit. I hope there will be lots of electric sockets around the house as well as outlet for washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Once again, salamat po as inyo ng you in the Philippines 🇵🇭?

Your home designs don't have a mechanical room for example water heater, HVAC unit, incoming power supply, fuse box, and place to store mop, water bucker, tools etc. etc. The roof would probably not handle large amount of snow accumulation. No gutters, and most of the amount of overhang of the roof is prone for a tornado or hurricane to pick the roof right up. I hope you can take constructive criticism.
