Just watched the 1st version at nagandahan na ako..Then found out may version 2.0 pa pala hehe..Gusto ko ung patio/porch pero sa may likod para iwas sa marites na kapitbahay char hahah..and I like the idea na connected ung kitchen sa patio or may overpass through window hehe.I’ve been eyeing sa ganung design and thank God I found your channel for future reference sa dream house hehe.I also love the Lynx 2.0 na design

It's beautiful, I particularly like the roof terrace / outside deck areas. The sofa and TV area is impractical though. Imagine the glare from all those windows. I always like the _look_ of lots of glass in modern builds, but I couldn't handle the reality. I'd feel so self-conscious and paranoid I was being watched.

My Dad used to say this is a house of a Cuckoo bird tree...and I really agree to what he said... So tight and small like your leaving in a squatter area!😱😤😂😝😊 maybe I really used to living in a big house.. but those realtors selling house and lot in Cavite, I’ve seen a lot of those of open houses.. they were just making the house big due to Space Staging they really fooled my eyes... But if you have a Big Lot as huge and spacious as this... why not Go for a Big dream house so the whole family... extended relatives and friends can enjoy The Fruit of Thy Labor 😱😝😂😂😄🤣😬😝😊

Maybe it's just Me , but I just can't imagine having a bathroom off the kitchen !!!! P/U !!!! I also couldn't imagine not being able to walk around three sides of the bed ( w/o bumping Your head ) , so the bed could be made ! I would need a washer & dryer and a ironing board ! The house needs the windows faceing the so. side of the house w/proper over hang to shade summer sun and to get winter sun ! A stained concrete floor would act as a battery in the winter & release it's heat at night . This house would be great for off grid ( panels on the deck & the rest of the system up stairs .
