How can the Bent Row _not_ be a top seed in the list of greatest movements of all time?
@MindPumpTV6 жыл бұрын
Its up there for sure. What are the #1 seeds in your bracket? you can have 4.
@lucentshadow6 жыл бұрын
@@MindPumpTV YOU GUYS SHOULD TOTALLY DO A MARCH MADNESS FOR TRAINING MOVEMENTS!! The first four that come to mind for me are the Clean & Jerk, the Snatch, Bent Row - no, I'll say Pendlay Row - and...Face Pull. I was thinking deadlift and overhead press, but the two oly-lifts kinda have those covered to an extent, so gotta go Face Pull.
@MindPumpTV6 жыл бұрын
Whoa! No presses at all? and no squats? Thats a super unique list - but a good list nontheless.
@lucentshadow6 жыл бұрын
@@MindPumpTV I mean, you said only 4, so I picked the 4 I had at the top. Both the Oly-lifts are power deadlifts, and the clean transitions into a front squat while the snatch transitions into an overhead squat after their pulls. Then there's some overhead pressing - though not strictly - in the Jerk that comes after the Clean, so I feel confident with my picks. Definitely would not want to only do just those 4 though, if I had the choice.
